Inspired by other guides, here is my, admittedly ambitious, attempt at it. Step by step, episode by episode, from the the first season to the most current, I will give some suggestions to fit the layout of the buildings and decors around them so the town you design may look somewhat similar to the show. Keep in mind, this is just my point of view and I am always willing to hear others and suggestions as well.
Sme caveats first: for orientation purposes, north is the mountains at the top of the map and west is the ocean to the left. We'll use those compass points to orient the buildings facing either top-down or left to right. Another caveat is the show changed animation teams from Klasky-Csupo to Film Roman I think around the fourth or fifth season, so the real "look" of the show will not be set until then. We will see the buildings we know and love earlier, but their look will change to fit more with the show later.
So, we shall start.
Simpsons Roasting on An Open Fire Airdate: December 17, 1989. Episode #7G08
1st appearances: Springfield Elementary, Simpson House, Brown House, Flanders House, Springfield Nuclear Power Plant, Moe's, Springfield Downs. 1st appearances, but not in game: Springfield Mall (inc. Happy Sailor Tattoos, Toys Shop, Popcorn Shack), Circus of Values (maybe Buy and Save later)
Springfield Elementary is oriented facing front of building down. The street runs left to right directly in front of the school. No other real details are seen in this episode.
Simpsons House is oriented facing front of the building down. If you have the holiday skin from the Christmas Event, it can be applied, although it looks different. Near the back left corner of the house is a tree, looks like a tree with three forked branches would work best here. The back of the Simpsons lot, defining the backyard can be set with a row of hedges, but neither the backyard nor it's size or relation to adjoining homes is seen here. The street runs left to right directly in front of the house.
Brown House is oriented facing front of the building down, to the right of the Simpson House. Another three branched tree is seen behind the Brown House. No holiday skin is applied, at least in this episode. The street runs left to right directly in front of the house.
Flanders House is oriented facing front of the building down, to the left of the Simpson House. The Holiday skin from the Chirstmas Event may be applied if you have it, although it looks different. The street runs left to right directly in front of the house.
Springfield Nuclear Power Plant is seen in the episode, but not clearly defined in detail.
If Circus of Values later became Buy and Save, this is it's first appearance. If not, disregard. If so, the building faces front down with two parking lots in front oriented top-down.
Moe's is seen in the episode, but not defined in detail.
Springfield Downs looks radically different here, but if you want to use it, the entrance faces left with the back to the right. A strip of cement should run across the front and straight left from the entrance. Parking lots oriented top-down can be placed running from right to left from the Downs out as far as you wish.
For the record, Homer as Santa also had his jobs as Santa Training and Entertaining Kids introduced here, although they are based in different locations since the Mall is not yet in game.
Really, the only major building in the episode not in the game is the Springfield Mall. Buzz is it is in the files, but has yet to be implemented in game.
Next post: Bart the Genius.

Something I forgot last time. For building placement, I do by the standard Simpsons map ( images1.fanpop.com/images/photos/2200000/a-full-map-of-springfield-the-simpsons-2282738-2443-1594.jpg) with some alterations, but I leave that entirely up to whomever is designing their town. Bart the Genius Airdate: January 14, 1990. Episode #7G02 1st appearances: Pink Simpsons Car, Enriched Center for Gifted Children First off, we begin with some modifications. Springfield Elementary: The yard of the school has chain link fence bordering it's left, top and right sides. A red brick wall running left to right from the fence to within two square of the back of the school completes the square. It can be as big as you want, but I suggest making it fairly large to fit decorations later. It will also save redesign headaches. I suggest the two square gap between the edge of the brick wall and the school because there is a small opening between the yard and the parking lot, so this serves well. Place a single three branch tree in the yard, usually within two squares of the school works fine I find. Simpsons House: If you put hedges up to define the top of the yard, you will need to store them. A simple wooden fence will frame the Simpsons back yard, stretching from in line with the Flanders built in fence toward the top, then running left to right toward the Brown House, then back toward the bottom. Again, the size is up to the designer, just leave space for later decoration work. The fence will also need to be about two square to the left of the Simpsons house (as will the Flanders) in order to go around the 4x4 square of the tree next to the Simpsons. Place either single or double bushes along the top of the fence running left to right, since the Simpsons have bushes behind the fence. As yet, with the cars introduced so far, the classic pink car Homer drives has yet to be included in the game. As for the Enriched Center, given it was a single use building for a single episode and we never saw any of the characters aside from Dr. Lloyd the school psychiatrist again, the odds of ever seeing it in game are extremely low. Next time, Homer's Odyssey.

We got a lot with this episode so let us continue with... Homer's Odyssey Airdate: January 21, 1990 Episode #7G03 1st appearances: Otto, School Bus, Wendell, Toxic Waste Dump, Tire Fire, State Prison, Sherri and Terri, City Hall, Wiggum, Stop Sign Springfield Elementary: Extend the chain link fence on the right side of the school down to the street. May want about two squares of space between the side of the school and the fence. If you have the dounuts or have it already, I recommend placing the School Bus on the left side of the school in front of the brick wall to create the school parking lot. Honestly, for the record, Otto and the Bus is a great first dounut purchase for premium content IMHO. Nuclear Power Plant: Orientation is up to you, but the buildings flow either top-down or right- left in this order: Cooling Towers, Plant Core, Building. The entire property should be surrounded by a chain link fence, except the top or far right at the cooling towers. Leave that part of the square open. May want to angle two pieces of fence outward near the building in order to create an "entrance gate". Run a street below or to the left of the open gate and a river of about three square in width on top of or to the right of the cooling towers, depending on how you orient the plant. For me, I prefer the right to left orientation going river, towers, core, building, street. But it is entirely up to you. Just be sure the river extends from the top to the bottom limits of your map besides the plant. It is going to be important for orienting the rest of Springfield. Simpson House: Place another street above the Simpson House and running behind it, the Brown House and the Flanders House. Run the street all the way out to and over the river. It will automatically create a bridge over the water. City Hall: This is a tough one since it will be redesigned in a few episodes. It can face either top-down or left-right for now. At the minimum, run a square of cement out from the steps of the courthouse and place a tree behind the far left corner of the building, making sure the top of the tree is the lightest green possible. Stop Sign: place a street running top town on the right side of the bridge created from the street running behind the Simpsons house. On the top right side of the intersection of the streets, place the stop sign with the sign angled top down. If you have the money and inclination, you can place stop signs alll over Springfield to recreate Homer's crusade, plus give your Obediance score a boost. Up to the designer, but just the one sign is needed for the moment. The Tire Fire and State Prison should come one right after the other, but the location is not really set yet, since Otto claimed he was taking a short cut from the school and they passed it at least once. Leave it to the designers judgment for now. As for what we are missing, Wendell, Sherri and Terri would make good additions to Springfield if EA wanted to add more kids. I would think a higher priority to Sherri and Terri over Wendell though. As for the Toxic Waste Dump, as another one off appearance (so far), unlikely we will ever see it. Next time, our first stab at Burns Manor.

OK, last one for today unless I feel like burning the midnight oil. There's No Disgrace like Home Airdate: January 28, 1990 Episode #7G04 1st appearances: Burns Manor, Fountain, Eddie, Lou, Dr. Marvin Monroe, Family Therapy Center, Itchy and Scratchy, Pawn Shop Simpson House: Add a shrub behind the fence to the right of the Simpson house on the Brown House side. Believe it or not, all these greens add up and help your five star rating. Burns Manor: This is the first building to face with the entrance to the left instead of down. The property should be surrounded with iron fencing for now. I recommend placing Burns Manor on the right edge of a square and fencing the square around and in front of it. Yes, the entire square, you'll need the land for decor. Position the house to make a driveway that curves in front of the house, leaving a fair sized green lawn in front, usually about a four by four to four by eight green space between the two driveways leading up to the house. In this green lawn space should be placed the Fountain. Next, line the top and bottom sides of Burns Manor with the shrubs with the green sprouts in the middle. This, for now, completes the look of the manor unless you want to add random trees and shrubs. What are we missing? A lot, truthfully. The Springfield Park has a specially designed gate, why not Burns Manor? Eddie and Lou would be good additions to the police force, the trick is making them distinct from Wiggum. The Pawn Shop would be a nice one off addition for downtown, but unlikely unless Rich Harrison and the rest of Pawn Stars guest star and take over the shop in town. Finally, there is Marvin Monroe and the Family Therapy Center. One would think this would be a great premium addition to the town with a few voice pulls available from the audio. Marvin can interact with the building even if no one else does. That's four episodes and a lot of information for folks with spending cash or people trying to get their feet wet in designing show specific Springfields. I'll be back with more tomorrow, but please, feel free to suggest and discuss.

New stuff incoming. Bart the General Airdate: February 4, 1990 Episode #7G05 1st appearances: Nelson Muntz, Slide, Trash Can, Ring Set, Retirement Castle, Jasper, Herman's Military Antiques, Herman, Bart's Treehouse, Jungle Gym, Monkey Bars, Dummy Springfield Elementary: Place a single trash can with a lid on it in the yard near the break between the brick wall and the school. Feel free to place more if you want to recreate the obstacle course from later in the episode. Retirement Castle: Place with the entrance facing down with a street running in front. Two trees should be placed directly behind the building so the tops are visable. Herman's Antiques: Place entrance facing down withe a street running in front of the entrance. If you placed Town Hall in Homer's Odyssey, put Herman's somewhat close to it. Simpsons House: Place the Treehouse behind the house slightly to the right of the lot, in line with the garage door. Orient so the ladder is facing left. The Attack Dummy can also be placed in the Simpsons yard if you wish. Lots of new stuff introduced in the episode and a lot of it is in game. Only missing about half the schoolyard gear like the slide and jungle gym. The monkey bars should be arriving with level 32, so when they do arrive, they can be added in. The Dummy fits the Simpsons backyard for the episode, but I personally placed it behind Herman's since it made more sense to be there long term. Next up, Moaning Lisa.

Moaning Lisa Airdate: February 11, 1990. Episode #7G06
1st appearances: Mr. Largo, Bleeding Gums Murphy, red Simpsons car, Noiseland Video Arcade, Howie, The Jazz Hole
This episode reads like a list of buildings and characters that should be in the game, but are not. At least, not yet. If the pink Simpsons car is ever added, the red should be included as well. Noiseland and The Jazz Hole would make great additions to the Springfield landscape and I've been a big proponent for adding Bleeding Gums Murphy. As for the rest, Mr. Largo is a maybe. He'd be voiced, but I am not sure how to add him or what tasks he could be assigned. Howie has no chance, given he's a one appearance character, there just to move the plot along.

The Call of the Simpsons Airdate: February 18, 1990 Episode #7G09
1st appearances: Flanders RV, Bob's RV Roundup, Simpsons RV, Bear Family, Forest Bart and Homer, Campfire, Ranger, Bigfoot Homer
Flanders House: Add a brown fence line to the left edge of the property and a tree behind the far right edge of the house
Aside from the campfire and a possible Springfield Falls cameo, there is nothing in this episode in the game and, to be honest, it's not exactly likely we will see anything from it. Realistically, the best we could hope for is Bigfoot Homer and even that is probably so far down the list of priorities for EA to not even be seriously considered.
Next time, The Telltale Head.

The Telltale Head Airdate: February 25, 1990 Episode #7G07 1st appearances: Krusty, Town Square, Jebadiah Springfield Statue, Rev. Lovejoy, Springfield Church, Aztec Theater, Jimbo, Kearney, Dolph, Kwick-E-Mart, Apu, Candy Most Dandy, Sideshow Bob Town Square: This is the first local not in the game per se, but designed with decor. It evolves over time, but here is roughly how I have laid it out. A square 28x28 framed with streets running up and down and left to right. The square is split into for quarters by cement paths running up and down and left to right. Each corner has either three hedges or shrubs framing the corner with a tree up against them. Place a bench facing out of the square on the lower left quadrant of the square with a garbage bag to its left. You can mirror this on the right side if you want. Finally, place the statue of Jebadiah Springfield in the center of the square. Springfield Church: The church entrance can face either to the left or down, depending on taste. place a road in front of the church. Skip four squares from the church's right side and place three parking lots following the wall of the church. The lots should face away from the Church, running parallel to the road in front of the church. Aztec Theater: A premium purchase, but a pretty good one for giving Bart an extra task that pays better than his four hour task. Entrance should face down with a street running in front. Place it not too far from the square. Kwick-E-Mart: Place with the entrance facing down with a street in front. Should be near the Aztec and Town Square. Retirement Castle: Place a tree behind the right edge of the building. So, what's missing? I always thought, given the Simpsons have Church attending tasks, they should have church skins that appear when assigned the tasks. Just me on that one though. Ninja Bart would make a cool skin as well, just depends on task assignments. Finally, where oh where is Jimbo and Dolph? We have had Kearney as a premium character for a while now, surprising not to see the others yet. I think four episodes is a good run for the night. Check back in tomorrow with four more. See ya then.

This is fantastic and ambitious indeed! I will be bookmarking this thread for more. I need screenshots though. Do you plan to add some mattperiolat? Or perhaps someone with a loaded play town might be willing to team up and create these scenes? I am taking photos and putting them in my photobucket. I'll start tagging up posts as I update. Oh, and sorry for the stoppage, a storm took out my net on Sunday and Monday is usually a down day for me. I'll finish season one to make up for it.

Did you all miss me? Sorry for disappearing, but between a bad weather day on Sunday and just other things to eat my time, I have not had much time to watch Simpsons until tonight. Well, tonight, going to shoot the works and finish season 1. We'll see about season 2 for tomorrow.
Another thing: I've been asked about adding photos since they sometimes do better than words. I will work on that, but since I do most entries from my iPad and upload to Photobucket, the pictures may be edited in later. Be patient. They will come.
So, we begin again.
Life on the Fast Lane Airdate: March 18, 1990 Episode #7G11
1st appearances: International House of Answering Machines, Jerky Hut, Ear Piercery, Carmel Corn Warehouse, Girdles and Such Fancy Lingerie (all in Springfield Mall), Singing Sirloin, Barney's New Bowlarama, Jacques, Shorty's Corner Shop, Helen Lovejoy, Fiesta Terrace, Lenny
Flanders House: Add brown fencing behind the house, connected to the fencing between the Flanders and the Simpsons.
Brown House: Add brown fencing behind the house coming off of the fencing between the Brown House and the Simpsons.
Bowl-a-rama: Place with the entrance facing down with a 6x2 square between the front of the building and the street. Place a cement square in front of the doors to the Bowl-a-rama filling the gap between the building and the street. On either side of the cement square, add Parking Lots oriented left to right, parallel to the street. Finally, add a brick wall at the back left corner of the building.
Well, we got some new shops, but given they were all in the Mall, we will never see them in game, even if we get the Mall. Maybe names of the shops will be assigned as jobs in the Mall. The Singing Sirloin would make a unique new eatery if added in and we could always use a Gluttony boost, same with Shorty's Corner Shop. Finally, the Fiesta Terrace, something for those of us who do not house farm but need an Indolence boost. Would be cool, but it is one of now four or five apartment buildings we would all want and the challenge of making them all unique is tricky. Then again, if we do get it, good chance of getting Jacques, since he is the only resident we have seen so far. With luck, Helen Lovejoy will be added in the future as well, frankly the most likely of all the things, other than the Mall, seen in the episode.
next time, Homer's Night Out.

This will be quick.
Homer's Night Out Airdate: March 25, 1990 Episode #7G10
1st appearances: Carl, Rusty Barnacle, Princess Kashmir, Barney's Apartment, Florence of Arabia, Girlesque, Foxy Boxing, Mud City, Ye Olde Off Ramp Inn
Aside from Carl, nothing in this episode is in the game. Will we ever see any of it? We have not seen the exterior of the Barnacle yet, so adding it is a challenge. We discussed the apartment building issue last time. I think it will be over EA's dead bodies we will see the girlie places just for decency reasons (kids do play the games, folks). The best we could hope for is the Inn and MAYBE getting Princess Kashmir, but good luck thinking of five jobs for her unless it's like Duff Man and you have her dance at different locations around Springfield.
Hey, wait a minute...
Next time, the Crepes of Wrath.

This will be it for tonight, I need some sleep. We will finish season one tomorrow.
The Crepes of Wrath Airdate: April 15, 1990 Episode #7G13
1st appearances: Agnes Skinner, Springfield Airport, Chateau Maison, Cesar, Ugolin, Adil
Springfield Elementary: Add shrubs around the outer edge of the chain fence line, plus a single square shrub at the edge of the brick wall inside of the yard.
In all likelihood, we will not see much from this episode. The airport is a maybe, but the rest? Unlikely, but you never know given we got the Irish Pub for St. Patrick's Day. Maybe the Chateau, Cesar and Ugolin as a dounut buy sometime. Adil would be a fun little one off character to see though.
Tomorrow, back at it with the classic Krusty Gets Busted.

Back to work!
Krusty Gets Busted Airdate: April 29, 1990 Episode #7G12
1st appearances: Sideshow Bob, Scott Christian, Kent Brockman, Springfield Court House
Kwick-E-Mart: place cement squares to the right of the KEM to create an alley. To the right of the new alley, run a road parallel to the side of the KEM. Pull the parking lots one square away from the building and place two Newspaper Stands to the right of the door.
We got Brockman and Sideshow Bob make occasional guest appearances in our towns too. Scott Christian may be a tad obscure to ever be added to the game. The one thing I think we all want, with a variety of characters attached, is the Court House. Would make a wonderful addition to our downtowns.
Finally, we wrap up season 1 with Some Enchanted Evening.

And we close out the season with... Some Enchanted Evening Airdate: May 13, 1990 Episode #7G01 1st appearances: Arnie Pye, KBBL (audio only), Howard's Flowers, Chez Paree, Mrs. Botz, Phone Booth, Botz Car Phone Booth: It looks like it is close to the Aztec with the Space Mutants poster in the background, so I suggest placement near the far right corner of the theater since we saw mostly brick wall in the background as well. Howard's Flowers: We never saw an exterior shot in this episode, but if you have it, somewhere in downtown close to Moe's works. I personally have mine facing left next to Moe's Funny that such a good episode should be plagued with such off model animation. But I digress. We have another appearance of the Off Ramp Inn, so I'd start campaigning for that building just for something from the first season. Mrs. Botz, off model and all, would make a nice addition to the Criminals bracket as well. We never saw Chez Paree from the outside, so asking for another Restaraunt that we do not have an external model for is a bit much. So, while the season is done, my work here is most assuredly not. The promised photos are coming, even if they are a bit different. I've continued to evolve my town as I'm about ten seasons ahead in the show for my own town, but just doing the first season has given me some new ideas for the burg. One bit of business is some overall recommendations from the first season. Assuming you do not want to use the existing map at all and work free-form, some suggestions based on the show so far: Assuming the opening is gospel (I generally don't), Springfield Elementary should be your "landing zone", what people see when they first arrive in town. From there, the road in front of the school goes left toward downtown where the Town Square and Town Hall are located. Logically, Moe's and the Aztec should be a purchased square below with Howard's Flowers somewhere in between. If you want, you can go right and place Evergreen Terrace (Flanders/Simpsons/Brown House, in that order) on this same street and have the street above be the one to have the Elementary School, downtown and the bridge to the river and SNPP running behind the Terrace. The Church may actually go near Moe's and the Aztec, since the Simpsons drove past it on their way home, so consider that as well. Finally, the Retirement Castle can fill the hole above the Terrace for now. Yeah, houses will go there eventually, but it works for now. Pictures in the next post, maybe get to season 2 some this evening. Peace, man!

OK, finished embedding some photos, but thought I'd place some here to anchor the work. First off, Evergreen Terrace. You can see the KEM below the Simpsons. The Cool Brown House has replaced the Brown House for more current episodes, but you get the idea. Springfield Elementary. More to come and, of course, season 2. Feel free to ask if you have questions.

Before I get started, just wanted to say thanks to everyone who has shown their support for my work here. It is very much appreciated and welcome.
Now then, we got a new season to get to work on, so let us get to it!
Season 2
Bart Gets an F Airdate: October 11, 1990. Episode #7F03
1st appearances: Bill and Marty (in voice over, we will not see the characters until later), Quimby
I need to go back and check my notes, but I think I forgot to mention the first appearances of Martin and Krapabble in Bart the Genius in season one. Also worth mentioning this episode is the origination for Martin's Be Cool and Ride a Bike jobs.
Beyond that, very little to add. You can see a basketball court on the yard side of the brick wall of Springfield Elementary, but it has not been added yet in game. As well as the jungle gym. And the slide. But, we got the monkey bars finally, right?
Simpson and Delilah next.

Simpson and Delilah Airdate: October 18, 1990 Episode #7F02 1st appearances: Springfield Hair Clinic (Springfield Mall shop), Jake's Unisex Hair Palace, Carl (the blonde one), Royal Majesty (Springfield Mall shop), Swing Set Jake's: The episode has it between two featureless brick buildings, so for now it could be placed next to either Herman's or the Aztec, depending on preference. It is also modeled differently in the episode than in game, but the current look will come in later seasons. Place it with the entrance facing down. Simpsons: Place the swing set between the Treehouse and the back fence. The center of the swing should line up with the tree, but since both occupy a 4x4 square, this is pretty easy. More stuff for the Mall (coming soon apparently), but we're missing a Homer with Hair skin (love to see a six hour task of him running through the streets of Springfield with his hair flowing behind stopping for occasional fist pump. Could call it "Dimoxonil!".) and Carl. Carl is problematic only because we would have two characters with the same name, but different looks. Plus, no voice since it is a guest voice. Still, would be a cool addition. Next post, the birth of a Simpsons tradition.

Treehouse of Horror Airdate: October 25, 1990 Episode #7F041st appearances: Springfield Cemetary, Bad Dream House, Kang, Kodos, Serak the Preparer, Bart Raven Gotta love a challenge and this episode certainly is. Except for the Cemetery, Kang and Kodos, nothing in this episode is in continuity with the show and does not need to be in our Springfields. However, fans of the show, the folks who got the decors for Halloween and completists like myself simply can't resist finding homes for them. So, I'll do the best I can with the proviso that, save for the Cemetery, nothing has a fixed location and it is entirely up to you where to place them. Springfield Cemetery: The opening pan of the episode had the cemetary across the street from the Simpsons house with the entrance facing down and a street running in front. I'm still working on a placement for mine (nearly a year later!) so it is up to you. Bad Dream House: Cool home, good payout, but mother of mercy, a BEAR to find a home for. Based on the episode, I recommend a placement near the top of the map near the mountains. There are no hills to place it on, but if you are looking for an alternative, if you have a forest area, placing the house in the middle of that with a road running in front will do nicely. Mine is, much like my Cemetery, floating around my town until a permanent resting place is found. Kang's Crashed Ship: This is the biggest bear of them all since we have not seen the ship crash, as yet. I have kept mine floating between near Frink's Lab or by Cletus as a gag. Unless I am told different, I'll probably stick with that. Obviously, Kang's Cookbook Reading, Seasoning and Evil Laugh jobs all come from the episode as well. And if you happened to miss Kang last Halloween... stay tuned. Next time, time to meet... Blinky.

Two Cars in Every Garage and Three Eyes on Every Fish Airdate: November 1, 1990 Episode #7F01 1st appearances: Ol' Fishin' Hole, Dave Sutton, Governor Mary Baily, Burns Car, Actor Playing Charles Darwin, Campaign Organizer Springfield Nuclear Power Plant: The design listed way back in Simpsons Roasting On An Open Fire has not changed much. Unfortunately, placing the Burns Car on property is challenging. I would suggest moving the fences out a few squares and laying two squares of cement parallel to the left side of the parking lot and placing the car there if you want. My personal preference is just leaving it in the driveway of Burns Manor. Either way, get the car if you have the donuts, the 2% increase for the jobs and buildings pays for itself. The episode is loaded with stuff we have not seen in game yet that would be nice to see. The Ol' Fishin' Hole could give Bart, Homer and Lisa new jobs, maybe Burns too. Dave Shutton would be a fun character as an alternative to Kent Brockman. Mary Baily could be cool, just dunno if the jobs or the demand is there. And come on, who would not want an Actor Playing Charles Darwin going toe to toe with McBain? The Campaign Organizer, given he has no name, would only work if they bring in Bailey and decide to do an election story line. Next up, Dancin' Homer.

Dancin' Homer Airdate: November 8, 1990 Episode #7F05 1st appearances: Springfield War Memorial Stadium, Duff Brewery, Capital City Goofball In my fevered brain, War Memorial Stadium would be remodeled into Duff Stadium when Duff Beer bought the Isotopes. I will probably do a more detailed look at the ballpark later, but for now, buy two land square, put the stadium in the top square, entrance facing down, cover both squares with cement and lay out parking places facing left to right in the square below the stadium. For the first time, we get an exterior shot of Moe's, so place a parking lot at the intersection of a up-down and a left-right street. Turn the lot so the spaces run left to right, then place Moe's to the right of the parking lot, entrance facing the left to right running street. Will we see anything else from the episode? If we ever get Bleeding Gums Murphy, I'd pay to see him have a 24 or 48 hr task at the Stadium called "Sing the National Anthem". Dancin' Homer skin would be cool, especially if the animation of the dancing or name spelling is in front of, not inside the stadium. Unlikely, but one can hope. Then again, how many skins can one character have and this one is hardly a priority. Same issue with the Capitol City Goofball - fun addition for those who remember, but hardly a must have. Next time, putting.

Perfect time for this episode.
Dead Putting Society Airdate: November 15, 1990 Episode #7F08
1st appearances: Maude Flanders, Sir Putt-a-Lott's, Springfield Public Library
Putt-a-Lott's: You'll need two squares of land running up and down to lay this out right. Place Putt-a-Lott at the top of the topmost square and run a road running left to right at the bottom of the bottom most square. Place hedges running down from the sides of Putt-a-Lott, stopping at the road. Continue placing hedges running toward each other until there is a 2 square space left between the hedges. Fill the space in front of Putt-a-Lott with cement, placing parking spaces running up and down in front of Putt a Lott.
Public Library: We did not get a clear look and the model does not match what the game has, so I suggest simply placing it near downtown with the entrance facing a left to right road for now. We will come back to this later.
Aside from Maude, we got virtually everything in this episode. Personally, I'd still like Maude in game, but that's just me.
And that will do me for today. We will pick this up again tomorrow.

Hey, who wants more decorating tips? I know you are out there, I can hear you breathing. Anyway, onwards. Bart vs. Thanksgiving Airdate: November 22, 1990 Episode #7F07 1st appearances: Jacqueline Bouvier, Springfield Plasma Center, Rescue Mission, Eddie and Lou Burns Manor: The iron fencing you may have around the house should be replaced with hedges excepting the "gate" area unless and until EA gives us new gates. If you are building Springfield free form without using the map, the episode suggests that the Retirement Castle is on the same road as the Simpson house. I recommend placing it some distance to the right for now. This has already been discussed elsewhere but if EA wanted to give us something for Thanksgiving this year, Marge's family would be pretty sweet. The Plasma Center and Rescue Mission are unlikely at best given their one off appearances. Finally, Eddie and Lou would be fine to round out our police patrols, but thinking of a task list distinct from Wiggum and how to add them in is a bit of a challenge. Next time, Bart risks his ass and one of the most requested decors for the game.
