Check it out! Coming along great here. Just finished my patch off. Going to look amazing when more is finished! It looks wonderful! Very cool idea. Only one little thing you forgot. Your buildings overlaps the top border of your patch. During the last 10 hours we have been discussing this topic in this very thread. And we came to the conclusion that one has to place all buildings in a way that they are not overlapping. That is the reason why I changed my initial design. So you would have to lower your coliseum and the bowlerama both a bit so that they don't reach into the other patch. Here is my first design and then I realised the buildings overlapping the top border so I adjusted it (screenshot below)

Is this so they are not visibly in another patch? Because nothing is in the other, but I see where you're coming from for visibility. Will sort it when it's free.

Yes it is all about visibility. Because the other participant who will pick that patch right above you, he will have problems then because some of his design won't be visible because your coliseum and bowlerama buildings cover the free view.

Yes I slept between 6 am and 7 am but tonight I will definitely fall to sleep around 10 pm and then get up at 7 next day. I am right in the middle of a sleeping/waking cycle adjustment

I just looked back on this thread, and realized that there was 24h of posting haha. Only just worked out how to tag someone in this. Shame I can't remember how to spell everyone's name.

Lol Thanks for your cheering words I am thinking if it is possible to design a second patch. I really have another great idea which I wanna see how it will turn out. If you would allow 2 patches for those who ask for a second one, it would be highly welcomed by me Also.... I could work on extending the hedges grid and then we will finally see how many patches fit into one full Springfield because I can imagine the areas on the edges will be kind of waste land since it doesn't fit with our vertical horizontal scheme.

Yeah how's about some smaller patches for possible new comers? I'd like an extra patch too.

Anyone think we could do with some donuts? Yes a few. I wanted for my design the flower planter but no donuts so I had to use the more uglier generic planter. Also I need reindeers!!!! Anyone an idea how to get those into it?

I don't think they are too big, I just think that we can have quite a few more to share out if the next batch of patches are slightly smaller.

As a programmer would say, elegant.

I have hesitated because I was not sure what buildings to take - I'd better get in there & claim something soon!

And so there will be more than only 9 patches. The 9 patches was only the beginning because we had to start somewhere.

I'm loving what you guys are doing here. I'm sure it's going to look fantastic. Are you limiting the amount of patches you're allowed?
