I'm not sure how this would work. Could you clarify any? Yes! Make a screenshot of bubbles above charakters or your task-book full of undone tasks. I'm not sure how well that would play out. Players at the current end of story line won't get more than 3-4 random tasks at a time. If that. The only way to get a lot of these is if you have reached a point where a lot of quest lines start at once, like the principalling, the 4rth of July, and Fat Tony. Plus Squidport.

Yes, this is very true. I'm the laziest player right now and don't bother to task my people unless the bubble comes up. It's usually only 2-3 tasks that come up at a time for me.

I tried this to see how it would work. I found more often then not, if you don't send a character on a random assigned task, that task disappears and someone else is given a task. So like stated above there are only two or three characters (at most) on random tasks at a time. I also noticed that most of the random tasks don't show up in the queue until they are assigned.
I don't know if this makes any sense....I need caffeine.

Thank u all for thinking about that. Right now there are 3 tasks I ignore: skinner nerds 'r us, frinks 12hr task (don't know how it's called in english) and 24hr Bart/Millhouse task. I'll watch that!
Still waiting for my dummschwätzer-badge from the shenani...something-thread...

What about this? 5 tasks = 12 charcters! Screenshot of: - Legs/Louie "Interrogate a Squealer" - Smithers/Burns "Exercise for Mr. Burns" - Agnes/CBG "Go on a Date with Comic Book Guy" - Rex Banner/Flanders "Interrogate Flanders" - Homer/Barney/Apu/Skinner "The Be Sharps" (Open Air Stage)
Is there something I forgot?

So if there's gonna be a badge, the one with the idea won't get one.

Reposting this from another thread to move it here. . I have a gif I made for a contest I sponsored a few months ago. It is pretty cute and definitely TSTO. The event I held was for a Best Springfield contest. There were a couple different categories. I made donut trophies for the winners and the ribbons were for everyone who participated. I loved the little ribbons and think it would make a very cute badge.

Inspired by the thought we need a "you rock" badge theme.... This is what came to mind. TSTO has so many characters that play instruments, and some characters dance too. So what if the challenge was to see how many characters you can get into "one" screenshot rocking out. Perhaps some requirements like must minimally contain x amount of characters rocking out. If using the open air stage that only counts as one regardless how many on the stage, so there will need to still x more in the frame. All who participate can earn a You Rock badge. The first idea for what would make a good You Rock badge is: However, this is pretty cool too: Or, if you find humor in being literally about it: Well, I hope you find that helpful. I think it sounds fun and has a potential for some funny screenshots. +1

- A thought: Since Pics and Rec committee members participating in a challenge obviously can't serve as judges, perhaps forum members who've won multiple challenges (ahem, Ankarstroom) could be asked to serve as alternate judges, if needed?
- Part of what made the short story/cartoon challenge fun was the sense of creative collaboration between forum members. It would be great to see more challenges/contests that involve members working together to create something.

I agree with lakooo! And it was something along the lines of the idea proposed by G0THAMGIRL that inspired my own short story, so I definitely agree with her as well! I think that would be a fun challenge since you know people will come up with some great stuff. On another note: I gots an idea!! What if we recreated a scene from an actual episode of The Simpsons? And then include a clip or screenshot from that episode with your in-game submission. Most of their tasks are based on stuff we have actually seen them do, so it kind of makes sense. Plus, it would be fun! And a lot of characters are missing, too, so that could even be an even more challenging aspect of it

Ohhh, in that case, I'll add a little fuel to the fire, and say that you can all expect news a little earlier than usual on Thursday because it'll be brought to you by a very efficient forum member on a European timezone. No, not Spider Pig.
