I like to visit other towns and be blown away. Yes inspired yes learn yes borrow. And kymie i do copycat ya on grampa feeding the birds but he loves it. As far as some copying me i doubt anyone wouls want to. My town is a hot mess but a work in progress.

Copying is both incomprehensible and funny. Why would you want to copy? EA is not giving out any prizes and we don't receive any grades for our towns.
I've no real problem with it but then it has never happened to me! Hang on, why has it never happened to me? What are you all trying to say? I insist you now all go away and copy something from my town.
I will accept the inclusion of a brown house as I have one of these and if you have one, it's only because you secretly want to be like me.

I just had to check to see if you deleted me  PHEW you hadnt cos i know i kinda copied you park idea Although i think mine is different to yours I'm laughing. You know why? Because I swear to baby jeebus that I actually left this forum POST HASTE and checked to make sure she hadn't deleted me as soon as I saw that post. LOL. I've seen a few things of mine copied 'brick for brick'. I posted my 'Christmas Village' image on the other forum, which is the one someone copied exactly - when I posted the original image I had the 'missing' patio table. Even the grass and reindeers were in the exact same position. They were a 'queued' up friend so when I added them I discovered this (and promptly removed them again). They've also done a variation of my duff station, which I don't mind because their version looks a little shabby.
On the whole, I really don't mind taking ideas, but exact carbon copies are, I feel, wrong. After all, there's only so many ways to build something out of fences, or hills from hedges, etc.
Where I have taken inspiration, I've always stated it on the forum before I do so, like 'I'm going to use the idea of using benches for stairs' etc. only proper to give credit where it's due. Even my duff stadium was inspired by the original 'hail ants tower'.

Maybe buy through the US store and ship it to you via a third party shipping company. The third party will use a PO box as an address and they charge you shipping. Of course you have to pay for shipping from the original site you're buying from as well. I don't know if this is an option you can look at because that's what I do for some online stores that don't ship to me. |

I can't remember where we had gone but when we entered the country, we had to declare our cameras. They then charged you a fee if you were above a certain number. This was years ago so i can't even remember the exact details. Either way, when you return you go through customs and they will get you then. |

Well thats the thing just say you had the i7 macbook when you enter, and if you dont have it in the box but like a normal laptop in your bag or a case then they wouldnt be the wiser but i dont know brazil laws so the penalty might be more severe than in canada and usa |
