Fraggle, there were two problems with your instructions. First you said road should be three pavement wide; but examples showed two. And you weren't clear on how to place barriers. I took several images, to cover each scenario since I am blowing this away in morning. This is my best. And yes, my float is celebrating the Puritan lifestyle. Thank you for making a post about this rather than contacting me when you realized the issue.

I couldn't fit it all into 1 shot, so I had to stitch. If that's a problem when it comes time to tie everyone's together, I can send the original photos. Thank you, Fraggle and G0THAMGIRL for the excellent instructions, template, and sample pictures to follow. Thank you, too, to everyone who's posted in this thread with clarifying questions and with your own pictures. This is exactly the kind of challenge I struggle with, and thus usually give up on, but with all of the help and inspiration, it was quite fun.

Hope my barricades count. I didn't realize my side towns had no balloons. Will the Squidport ppl go to the roads if u delete ur sp tiles? I think so, I only did it once for a brief moment a long time ago and that is what seemed to happen. But I can't promise anything as it was quite some time ago, and it was only for a little moment. They could have changed the dynamics since then.

This years Annual Springfield Parade was a bit different, to cater for their newest residents Kang and Kodos. To make them feel more involved, Mayor Quimby allowed them to recreate their fondest memory of being on Earth so far. That ofcourse was their brief time they enslaved humanity. They're favourite thing about being Slave Kings was the countless humans they had at their disposal for all their Human Recipes. Kang enlisted the help of Marge and Booberella to help recreate the scene. Fat Tony and Willie provided music for the occasion

Fraggle I just want to confirm. Is it 2 or 3 rows of concrete with road on each side? Three is written in instructions, but it only looks like two in samples..... Thanks It's two rows of concrete with roads on each side. Thanks! I need to rework mine later today, but I'm looking forward to sharing my parade

Here's my contribution to the parade. I enjoyed putting it together, so many ideas .... I am tempted to do another one. Holy cow! Good thing it's not a competition, or I'd surrender now! Great job, Pharrah!

I had so much fun creating the first one, I decided to do a second. This time I thought it would be nice to do one that documents the Halloween Event. So this is my Halloween block of the parade.

This is what happens when the Springfield Thanksgiving Parade goes through the slums of Springfield. The criminals and hoodlums don't care, and Barney is passed out in the middle of the parade route, causing a logjam for the Scratchy, Duff, and Blimpy floats. It gives Arnie Pye some good material for his report, though. Willie and Moe lead the procession, while the Power-Plant sponsored Blimpy float features Burns as Fruit Bat Man, Smithers as a sexy cowboy, and Fat Tony on the violin. Fat Tony is only performing on the condition that Louie and Legs be allowed to do some crimes in public, which wasn't limited to kicking Moleman in the groin when they caught him filming them.

I know it's nothing special. Also does this count? Of course it's special - you have three floats. Yes it counts.
