 Thanks to Doctoru2's excellent idea to celebrate Christmas in July, we've now made it a challenge! We're all about giving around here, so yes, there's a badge involved! Those who feel the Christmas spirit will receive this awesome Summer Santa Homer badge! Simply post a single screenshot of your town that contains the following: - One Christmas Tree - 2 Reindeer - Reindeer decorations or flying reindeer count too. - Christmas Lights for 6 buildings - can different buildings or all the same type - Marge/Lisa/Maggie Snowmen - One Funzo - Homer lounging in the pool or Homer Santa riding his reindeer Members who joined after the Christmas event and don't have these items can create a Christmas art piece using their decor instead. Members who are missing some of these items can also be creative and place substitutions. Once you have taken your screenshot, you are welcome to move any buildings back to their original spots in your town, but just remember to keep their lights up. Those creating an art piece will have to keep their artwork in tact for the entire month. No Scrooges allowed! Members must agree to keep their decorations up for the entire month of July (beginning from whenever you find this thread  ). No cheating! If another member catches you without your decorations, they can report you and your badge will be revoked  Now, get into the Christmas spirit and start decorating your town!  |

Yay! This is such a cool idea - I have already switched over to have all the Christmas lights displayed. It's not a huge thing to celebrate in NZ - Christmas is synonymous with Summer and the beach. I went one step further and had Santa's little helper in the mix too.  |

 I sold all but one reindeer but I guess the one from the ornaments and santa's sleigh will suffice. |

I don't have the snowmen... and I only have 1 reindeer... Can you build some snowmen out of decorations? And maybe use some reindeer from the sleigh as blackrapier has brilliantly done? LSLeong, what do you think? |

Hahaha this is especially fun as now my Springfield resembles my real life neighborhood! Some people are just fundamentally against the removal of Christmas decorations  ( lakooo might have to keep me honest as I don't think anyone else here is friends with me in the game, but I promise to give all of Santa Homer's cookies is return!!) I was lucky Santa's Little Helper just decided to stroll up there at the last second, too. Hope the Homer snowman is good enough!  |

albert2k, I love your string of white houses in the woods! It reminds me of the rows of townhouse/condos you find at ski resorts in my area.

LSLeong, what do you think? Yes, substitutions can be created I like what @themeparks4life has done as well for his 2nd reindeer Question, I have to keep homer the whole month in the pool? No. You just have to keep the decorations up for the whole month. You are free to have Homer do whatever he wants after your screenshot. Hope the Homer snowman is good enough! Sorry, but we require the Marge/Lisa/Maggie snowmen. If you don't have them, you can get creative and make something |
