The best place for badge ideas is in the contests section.
But I think it's a bad idea. The only way for most to do it would be massive gremlin drops, which would hinder the ability of others to get the goo they need to complete. I have several neighbors whom I text to tell them when they can get in to drop gremlins as I am not popping them intentionally any more. If I don't do this, the town fills with gremlins within minutes some times.

As much as I love badges, no. This would be impossible to obtain without hacking or photoshoping.

I wasn't talking hacking.
Right now it looks like the only people giving my towns gremlins are those who are below 10k. I don't intentionally tap them; but the little f*&%ers hide behind buildings and characters and this is the only time they are easy to tap.
By making a badge for this, I think these people would get shut out by the ones who are currently being courteous; but are willing to do anything to get badges here.
And if you don't have time to visit a 100 friends daily, then leaving gremlins is the only way to do this.

I'm a no to this as well. I worry about the focus of neighbors helping each other shifting away from those who do not have enough GOO to get all the prizes and shifting to those who are done and are trying to reach 50,000 GOO. Photoshopping wouldn't be an issue to worry about since we could make it a stipulation that your GOO amount need to be verified in order for us to award the badge, but hacking might be an issue.
Also, not everyone, myself included, has time to visit 100 neighbors a day. I only keep 100 neighbors because all of my neighbors are people from here and they don't seem to mind my sporadic visits every few days right now, nor the fact that when the event is over I'll never visit. They also don't seem to mind that I can never give them gremlins because they are always full when I drop by.

Going back to the cancer badge, I think that would make a great badge actually. I mean we have one for supporting LGBT, why not support cancer? Yes, I have had a family member go through cancer (not as Jesse Pinkman, in that case I'd be talking about Mr White, bitch!), but I'd love to show my support on the forum.
