I cant get on the game at all, I can get to the main screen and when i tap the app just closes down So frustrating! Is this new as of today? Cause that's exactly what my town is doing.. |

I was able to get on it first thing this morning but from about 2 hours ago thats whats happening.

Same problem here. I think I had just played a game at a neighbours and crashed on return trip home. Can't get in since.

From what I gather it seems to be caused from part to of the lady duff quest. Did you all just send homer to confront lady duff on your last login?

From the other forum, if you contact EA support, there's a chance they will revert your game by a day or so. Also, they said that there should be a patch coming in 24-48 hours.
Alternatively, before his thread got deleted, spAnser said that he has a way of fixing the crash, so you can try asking him if you cannot wait for EA's update.

I've had this problem ever since I started playing the game, and I've never seen anybody else mention it: About half the time, if I'm trying to send or accept a friend request, it says an error occurred and it doesn't let me send or accept it, or if I've sent one previously, it doesn't show that I've sent them any. It can be fixed by logging out and logging back in, but it happens so regularly, and it's quite annoying. Anyone else experience this?

I thought I had over $6m today and I haven't bought anything in-game for cash. Now I only have $5.8. Anyone else have less cash than they thought? It's possible I am confused, but not likely.

Tapped a paint can by mistake in a neighbor's town. Crashed out of the game. Tried it in a few other towns with the same result. Update 4.15.5

It's now 8CET and haven't been able to log in, for the last two hours..
I have updated, and I logged in at 5:30, so no problem in that regard..
Anyone else having problems?
It's both my iPad and Android phone..

I can't get in at all, annoying really, I normally wait until we are forced the update of an event take down, this time round I just went for it......since updating I can't connect to the server at all. Nice one EA very good job

I just tried getting in (first time since updating). No go. I'm on a European server of some sort.
Oh well my residents will just have to wander.
