I also got the black screen and had to reinstall to get back into the game. At least now we know we weren't the only one affected by whatever it was. It's still going on. Reinstall didn't help. Sorry for your troubles. I haven't experienced this but I am on the iPhone. However, whenever I've had problems such as yours in the past, it usually meant my phone was low on memory. You might want to check yours. Anything less than 1GB of free space usually causes my apps to act weird. Good luck! |

Since the Thanksgiving Update the starting issues are gone.
What's still going on is the resetting of item skins to their default (Homerlaya, the Tower from the Casino Event and the 2 new items Halloween Gate and the Car from the last tie-in). This seems to happen after playing the chili mini game.

Since 2 days I get first a complete download of 700MB and all icons ingame get smaller. A vew minutes later I get a complete download of 1.2GB and everything is back to normal. I tried manual deleting and reinstall. Also I have ~5GB of free space on my device.
I tried to log in to the EA forum but always get the message password incorrect (I try wit my account which I have no issues to log into TSTO). Same problem on the ea-help site.
Any ideas what this is?

So every time I sync my phone to itunes (adding books or music, etc), I have to log back into the game and download that enormous amount of updates. I know it was doing it during Christmas because my phone was close to full, but it ONLY does it now when I sync. It's like syncing erases all my saved data. Anyone have this too?

Why is everyone in Springfield obsessed with this small bit of land? Because they always gather on streets.. If that's the only piece of street to our have, then that's where they gather. |

Think my Glass Depot is broken. When I set a character on a quest there the timer doesn't move, and I can't speed it up with donuts. Anyone experienced this?

Duffman has disappeared from my store. He also doesn't appear at the gym as a character to buy to help with the Heights currency.
I think he was still available yesterday. Does anyone know if this is just a glitch or if he's gone?
If he is gone I'm gonna be really annoyed. I was saving up doughnuts to get him, and I'm nearly there.

Happened to me three or four times between yesterday and today. Hope it goes away.
One time it said my town was signed into another device. So, till I checked everything was ok, I worried the town was opened by another player; but nothing seemed different.

I started the quest one rail of the city I reached to Part 4 filled the city dump then the quest freezed. The city dump is full with the sheep on top so that I can't unlocked the metal,glass and plastic depts. who can help me please ?

Poss best to log out from the game on your device and then log back in again (Sometimes even a visit to Krustyland or a neighbor and then returning to your town works too......) If that does not work, delete the app from your device and reinstall Tedious I know, but mostly the first step(s) sorts the issues without having to reinstall +1 |

It might be that you have simply put one of the needed characters on another task. Hope you get sorted soon  |

Game wont open! Crash on app launch. I guess I'll wait awhile before trying to delete and reinstall? Many days, mine says cannot connect to server when trying to launch..this is BS as I just sign in again and no problem at all. |
