And one of my towns won't let me complete the campfire task part 3. Does not notice that Bart has told his story. Multiple devices. And I tried doing a reload. Big mistake. I keep getting Bart screen due when it downloads updates. I think they've patched this now Yes. When it finally let me load the game a littlewhile ago, i was able complete the task. |

Job Manager have disappeared from Unemployment Office... How shall I now send my people on jobs?  Get to work! I get an email letter that said the job manager was broken for now. Sigh  |

Does anyone else is having problems wuth the game it hustndoesn let me play. it goes to the login screen, i log in, tries to log in and the it just kicks me out of the game. inmy ipad and iphone

It's definitely something up with my town and not my device since I can play an anonymous game. People have reported this bug on the EA forum and nothing has been done about it. Hopefully it gets resolved soon so I can play this update. |

Just talked to EA support and they did nothing for me. They said a fix is in the works, but it's been almost two weeks and I'm not holding my breath.

Well, I can't get into my town, game crashes every time I try - since yesterday night. Any suggestions? Hope there is a "fix" coming our way. I hate the idea of contacting EA

To me, this is the most frustrating event to date! Towns take too long to load, too many crashes. I am only doing visits every other day, if that. Just takes too long. Not fun anymore. I hate having to contact EA too, just lip service for weeks. Good luck to you. |

A lot of my neighbor's now crash my game jimmyu72 is one on here. My second town is at the exact same level, tasks, etc. Also, I cannot leave nightmares in other town from there. Sorry neighbor's. I have gotten a lot, but they just sit there. Sorry my town is crashing your game lynstace . I'll give EA a couple of days to see if they fix it before I open a support ticket. I am so glad you are back in business! Dropping the purple things when you have room! |

Tried to contact EA and I was directed to a Question/Answer page, that of course is useless. I think I'm giving up the town. Too much aggravation. I guess that's their intention.

I think on the QA page is a contact EA link. You can either ask that they IM or call you. And they actually do it in a reasonable time. |

I noticed today that my campfire kids don't have gummies beside their names, it has XP....is anyone else having this happen? I wondered why my gummie total wasn't going up very fast.

Atleast not directly; you get gummies when you click the nightmares (snakes, zombies, skeletons & bunnies).. Some adults have (1, 2, 4 or 8h) tasks in that yield (3, 6, 12 or 24) gummies.. TBH, I think collecting gummies is pretty fast; I'm at 600ish towards the last prize.. Got the blimp earlier today, and we still have 10 days left.. |

They yielded S'mores in Act1, which was pretty pointless, once you reached the last prize, because you didn't get donuts or anything for additional S'mores (like we did in previous events).. Not in Act2 though.. |

Never reached EA's help - just happened - hopefully it won't happen again.

My town decided not to load today or tonight, so sorry if any formless nightmares were wasted on me! Too add insult to injury, my debit card was stolen today and I have had to cancel it and make numerous phone calls. One big headache!

Much annoying, Ray Patterson CANNOT be sent to "Buy Birdseed" (1h task) when Kwik-E-Mart is skinned to Kill-E-Mart..
Every other character I have tried, DOES NOT have this problem..
Pretty annoying, that I have to switch skin back and forth...
