Christmas Village Scene It’s the hap-happiest time of the year. With jingle bells jingling, carolers caroling, and Homer homering…D’OH!!! All the Springfielders down in Springfield, all the small and the tall, the young and the old eagerly awaited the town’s Christmas celebration. However, Homer had become slack in his rebuilding, having given up the charade that he was real and that this was not merely a video game controlled by the Sky Finger. Therefore, it is our job to make this season bright. So your job Forumites is to design your best scene for the Holidays. Your shot must include: - a Christmas tree (can be the ClausCo, the gift bearing green tree, or the old-time tree) - Manger Scene with participants - Santa (either Santa Claus, Bone Kill Santa, or Santa Flanders) - Toy Shop (for a new decoration) - at least 6 other characters (not counting Flanders and must be non-Simpsons household, i.e. not Homer, Marge, Bart, Lisa) Your scene must also include a short description of why this is a "traditional" Simpsons Family Christmas Party Post your screenshot below by January 13 (or when EA chooses to end the Christmas update), and be the recipient of this shiny new badge.

Okie dokie so I thought I would get this ball rolling so here is my entry. By the way ea. Looking forward to the day you decide to add the power to move a sodding character where I would like it to be. +1 Anyways. The Simpsons have decided to add to the Christmas fund by performing a nativity at the local toy workshop. Please tip generously. A couple of the oldies have gotten bored already but poor old barney and Lampwick have fallen asleep! Ned has decided to help out the church and is the local Santa at his very own grotto while Jasper attempts to imitate. Nelson finds this hilarious but he thinks comic book guys carole singing is even more funny. Happy Holidays Folks

Christmas 2014 Christmas is always a huge event in Springfield, everything is covered in icy balls of death beautiful snow, all the houses have their colorful, energy sucking, fires waiting to happen goregous decorations up, and everyone is getting in the Christmas spirit by maxing their credit cards on items they'll forget about by February. Normally Ned Flanders dresses up as Santa and delivers presents to every ding dang diddily neighboreeno, but this year Springfield is lucky enough to have the one, the only, Saint Nick himself. Although the only way he could have received that title is if he paid someone off. The fact that he has turned the entire town into a giant sweat shop has gone unnoticed. Making them build toys round the clock for "experience", like they're going to use that skill after December (possibly January, whenever the sky finger decides it's time for Christmas to end) Currently, The Simpson family are paying back their debt to the church for the countless damages Bart had caused this year, by volunteering to spend all day, every day for as long Reverend Lovejoy demands, in the nativity scene. Dolph is looking through a magazine for gifts. Mrs. Bouvier is knitting her family sweaters. Janet is on eBay since everything in stores are SO pre-explosion. Cletus is whittling his kids gifts while Brandine is off in the forest hunting for squirrels for Christmas dinner. Booberella doesn't have any family to buy for but is taking advantage of the season. Selling over priced hot peanuts to freezing shoppers. Lampwick says "Tis the season to be generous", so ahhh, cough it up! Don't be cheap. Roger Myer Jnr is "testing" out the new cigars he bought for gifts. Making sure they're safe. Cough. And although the residents don't think it's odd that the real Santa is in their tiny town, it has not escaped the federal governments watchful eye. So Santa is currently hiding from the Feds. Merry Christmas guys and once again, sorry for the long ass story lol.

Santa has heard rumblings of discontent as his "workers" realize they aren't getting Christmas cash. In the hopes of avoiding the normal Springfield riot, he is putting on a parade; and the opportunity to see the Simpsons humiliated yet again. He has also spent all the money he thought he was saving by paying in candy on undercover security that is too well dressed to blend in with natives.

I love the idea of using the bench sitters, coz I can never get the right people to wander into view either Mitzy! " The Simpsons have decided to get in the holiday spirit by putting on a nativity play. Lurleen & Booberella have the food & drink covered, & a few of the townsfolk have attended, but it's been a long night, so Patty's already dosed off, Chester Lampwick filled his belly on liver & onions & also got comfy on a bench. Chester Dupree spent all day knocking up the set, so he's out to it, & Grampa & Mrs Skinner bought some peanuts & are feeding the pigeons. Roger Myers Jnr isn't watching the play at all....he seems to be interested in lovely Lurleen. Santa looks a bit unsure that these people are really in the holiday spirit, & is missing the good old days when everyone got excited by Christmas, & Selma's just enjoying a Laramie & looking forward to the New Year. Dr Hibbert's wondering why his shed still isn't finished, & Janey seems to be possessed!

So the Simpsons have decided to put on a holiday performance for friends and neighbours, however most of them have quickly become bored and found other things to do. Even Grampa has decided to feed the birds rather than watch the nativity. Several of the stand in cast are entertaining themselves, or showing their anger at not being included, however Supt. Chalmers is not taking it too well, and crying his eyes out. Santa Claus is keeping his eye on the youth, supposedly making a Christmas shed, whilst Fat Tony rules the nativity from his hot tub.

Do we now have the extra 20 days from today that Part Two is running for? If agreed, because the original post said "when EA ends it" as well as Jan 9. Not sure if I can do by the 9th, so am I okay until the real END?
If so, could one of you magnificent elves change the post for donuts like me?
