Here is my pic. The gift bearing green tree, manger Scene with participants, Santa Claus (and Santa Flanders), Toy Shop and loads of other characters are there. A party wouldn't be a party without some live music, the princess is playing the guitar and Willie is playing the bagpipes. That couln't stop Patty falling asleep and Janey playing games on her computer. Rod and Todd are on the see-saw. Smithers is all in and having a blast in his best outfit! Cletus is looking through the waste to find some interesting stuff. CBG is reciting from a christmas themed comic.

So with this whole 'tablet app crash' I had to resort to my phone, which is a pain in the arse to get screenshots on... but! ALAS! 2 hours of screen shooting, photoshopping, etc. I give you: Dave the Drunken Elf's WINTER WONDERLAND! (Which took EIGHT layers and a lot of masking to make the edges meet up) Link to full size: Dave the Drunken Elf's Winter WonderlandStory: So we've got the Simpsons keeping their nativity right close to 'Santa Land' to remind Springfielders that Christmas is not all about the corporate savings and toys... Meanwhile, Santa Flanders has decided to keep close watch on their pageant while practicing his narration of the nativity scene behind the manger scene. Elsewhere, we've got Little Helper Ralph who can't help but try to taste the 'candy cane' holding the north pole sign up, to bad he doesn't realize it's steel so he keeps sticking to it... But he better hurry and get unstuck because there's a zombie looking mighty hungry! Lou received a report from Flanders, King Winter, and Herman that Ralphie is up to trouble again so he's on his way, but taking his time.... Meanwhile, Snake is waiting for Barbarian to show up so they can get a good look in on the Toyshop so they know where all the 'good stuff' is hidden for when they attack and rob the place later tonight... Requirements met: 1. Manger scene with Simpsons 2. Santa Flanders 3. At least 6 other characters: Included are: Lou, Helper Ralph, Snake, Barbarian, King Winter, Flanders, and Herman. (George Washington, Hugs Bunny, and Selma (or is that Patty?) are also there, but just walking around... )

(First, sorry for the crappy quality - I am not sure what went wrong but the DPW has already been through my Springfield and has removed nearly all trappings of the season so i can't redo it.) Springfield's centre was decked out for the holidays complete with an ice castle, Santa's Village, nativity scene and egg nog bar for the grown-ups. The Simpsons tried their best to appear reverent as Mary, Joseph, Baby Jesus and the Angel Gabriel in the nativity scene while the townspeople started to mill about enjoying the winter scene. Many folks are indoors in this picture, having egg nog at the bar or getting overpriced photos taken with some guy dressed as Santa, but some notables can be seen. Ned is singing carols dressed as Santa Claus. Suzanne the Witch is inviting kids into her gingerbread house for candy. Ralph Elf is sticking his tongue to the North Pole because Hermie the Elf who would be dentist double-dog-dared him. The Rich Texan is whooping it up on the mechanical bull installed for some reason outside the Egg Nog Bar, where Boobarella hawks peanuts. Princess Penelope, on the outskirts, plays her acoustic guitar and sings a protest song agains the rampant commercialism of the season. Dolph is looking at a porno magazine featuring Mrs. Claus in a peek-a-boo Ugly Christmas Sweater as the centerfold. Cletus is whittling a gift for the Messiah. Janey is on her laptop making a list for Santa while cyber-window-shopping. Frink is testing a flying saucer toy he invented that is now available at your local Radio Shack. This is a "traditional Simpsons family Christmas party" because it is out of focus, makes little sense, is set in Springfield and includes the Simpsons.

Its a traditional family Christmas cuz the Simpson's are a traditional family and its Christmas. The simpsons also roped in some passers by to help earn a badge, and Hank Scorpio must hate christmas more than I do judging by what he is doing to santa.

Even though Xmas has been weeks in the past now, the company responsible for the Bonestorm franchise has been keeping him and the Simpsons working that nativity to boost sales (rocket style). SVT is keeping up the holiday gluttony with extra cheese on the holiday burgers (they have sprinkles) but poor Dolph just found out he's lactose intolerant, Doh! Giuseppe is already getting prepped for 4th of July and Bubblebee man found out his xmas tree was full of bees, no es bueno...while UBO spouts love for all creatures, big and small. Chief's been passing out those vouchers...but appears he may be working undercover and what better way to pass secrets than with expired vouchers...sneaky... And Santa...he's ready for the Bahamas...

MitzyIt's after Christmas in Springfield and things are retuning to normal. A bum has invaded the Christmas wonderland while roger Meyer gloats over him. Cletus starts whittling a toy for next christmas (or was that a slow worker for this past Christmas?) And poor little Ralph is still stuck to his pole, just waiting for EA to turn on the perma-heat.
