I love the design of this building! That looks really great Mitzy +1 I was thinking of putting mine in the same corner, but haven't done anything yet. What are those shrubs you have in between your hedge rows?

I just added it to my apartment complex. Looks like one, and I need more characters to visit that corner.

Well, at least you can get into something! +1 And I ny had to tell him three times other towns could be accessed from the device. Here's my apartment complex. Trying to decide how to best include a pool.

A Bad Example I love the design (come do my towns). Please post a pic if you get a pool figured out. I have NO ideas right now as I am just tired and sore. Call me Grace, as stool tipped over backwards, with me on it. My back and neck are a mess..LOL, more than usual. Off to bed for me.

Looks like the Bonsais to me. Were they a limited time item? I don't see it in the menu. Jopa, do you have the Happy Sumo? Akira can make bonsai trees by completing three 12 hour (I think) bonsai-related tasks. The trees also can be had for 12 donuts apiece.

For the time being... Of course, with the addition of the Quimby Compound (unceremoniously plunked where I could for now), my town is in need of a major overhaul. Or more land. Oh yeah, that would be great and I am sure more land is coming any time now.

I don't have it and haven't seen it either. Halloween got me a little behind in the normal quests I think the Happy Sumo was 100 donuts. I'm happy with it because I really like the look of the Bonsais and with Akira I can make as many as I want for free (let Akira plant bonsai, prune bonsai and re-pot bonsai 12h each and you get a new one in your inventory.) With a cost of 12 donuts per Bonsai that would have added up quickly. The character/building combo is also fairly cheap compared to others. On the other hand, I really didn't need another restaurant in my SF and I found the quest line a bit boring. I wouldn't have bought it without the bonsais.

I really like the layout of the rich list properties in your town. +1 Thanks Mitzy, of course it's an almost simplistic solution compared to yours...
