What Have You Done...Ziffcorp Towers and Tennis Court

I did not really believe we needed two separate threads for Artie's two buildings (plus sign). Here is mine. I did not put the Ziffcorp sign (which I love) with his buildings as the sign just worked too well with my Rockefeller Center complex. I really want to transform this later into more of a mansion style compound

I was hoping that his tower would have been taller, equal to the King Kong Homer and ClausCo skyscrapers (along with Sit & Rotate) so I could put it with my Rockefeller Center, but it looks looks more like an Apartment complex

it looks like a great idea to include the ice rink. it looks like a sports center.

I have most of the parks and recreation type buildings along the Squidport area.
I also wish the Ziff towers were taller...was taller
