Every city of any decent size needs a Chinatown. And since this is the PC Simpsons, it should be a "Pan-Asian" Town - They could even make a joke about it, which they already started with the level 44 update about "paler" Asian yellow skin. If we can have a Medieval Times section of town, we definitely need a Chinatown

I am gonna add in my ideas for a Chinese New Year Event... if that's OK.
Chinese New Year Event 2015:
-Replaces Valentines Event.
-Entire month of February.
-Collect Chinese Lanterns to reach prizes. Community Prizes return.
-Kumiko returns as a free character, and Cookie Kwan and her realter buisiness are the main characters. The quest revolves around her, Lisa, and Kumiko bringing more Chinese diversity to Springfield (get it? Akira?)
-You can visit your neighbours to give them three fortune cookies, which can have lanterns (most common), EXTRA FPs (Not too common), and even a donut or two (rare).
