Hi guys,
I apologise for the potential misplaced post here.
I'm trying to get the 'Heavy User' activities done, however I'm finding it nigh on impossible to get the tasks open. I've literally just built the Library and a few days ago built the end of the Powerplant scenario. I'm still stuck and haven't yet had the opening for this.
Everything else is, as far as I know, in place.
Any ideas??

Is that the gulp n blow quest? Have you built the White House (evergreen terrace part 7) , after that's done and Willie finishes his raking leaves task, it should trigger. I'll check the walk throughs and see if I missed something

I've done everything.
I've built the White House, The Powerplant, done the raking leaves scenario where Willy is happy because the leaves change colour or something.

Some quests early on take a while to trigger, from what I remember. It was really frustrating, I thought the game had glitched and I was stuck forever. I think it was around the same point you are.

I don't understand what I. Need to do though to trigger it!! Possibly nothing. Just happens sometimes like JB said. By any chance do you have a lot of tasks in the taskbook? Only other thing I can think of, sometimes when a quest won't trigger , I go to the friends screen and back to sync it, and then it pops up. |

The only things I have open in the Taskbook are Easter based tasks in not yet at the level for.
'Build the Muntz and Wiggum' houses. I think there's something for Father (Sean?) to play at Moe's - but again, I can't unlock that yet as I'm not at the required level.
I'm at level 13 at the moment.

Yeah, I played for hours trying to trigger my quest and eventually gave up and quit in frustration. The next day it just happened as soon as I logged in. My new town had an issue around the same point you're at, I think. Not sure if the new quests that they've introduced are conflicting with the old ones or not.
If synching doesn't work like Chris said, then I'd leave it for a day and go back. Frustrating, I know.

Everything else is, as far as I know, in place. Any ideas?? You are in the right place. You can find the walk through for the first 32 levels here. EA has altered how some of these early tasks get done by removing the completion of the previous levels. This can cause some problems. What you will need to do is figure out where you are at in the various quest lines, and arrange for the appropriate characters to be task free. Or just let them all roam free. |

Its been a long time since I was slogging my way through the quests, and as its been mentioned the way they trigger has been changed since then, but I do remember somewhere in my brain that there was a questline that wouldnt trigger until you stored the cooling towers and then re-placed them back. Might not have been at this point in the game, but worth trying.

Based on my experiences the gulp and blow was unlocked a lot later than it should be, after all the main buildings were unlocked.

So however many days later I still haven't unlocked the quest yet...
I've it's got to level 15 and I'm waiting for the church to build before building java Server and Moe's etc. how far after this will it be in reality?
Also, I don't need to place a second Krusty Burger do I? I can just use the first right??

You probably unlocked certain quests way too early, which ends up causing other quests to not trigger. However, sometimes, the quests will trigger again in the future. No way to really tell. I'd just suggest you play normally. It does suck you won't get the Gulp-N-Blow yet, but some future quests require it anyways so it might trigger then.

Surely my own 'Rybeast' account is personal to me as it is on my iPad and Origin account? Anyways. I have it working finally! I can confirm that it won't unlock now until Moe's has been unlocked. |
