2014 hasn't been a banner year for TSTO in terms of new game levels and growing frustration with the complexity of events. Will the Summer of 2014, be a rebound or more of the same 2014 malaise?Post-Whacking Day 2013, we were treated to the following that Summer: • The Yard Sale season ending tie-in • Level 30: Herman • Squidport Expansion • The Fourth of July tie-in • Level 31: Wolfcastle • Level 32: Rod and Todd • Krustyland Expansion • Level 33: Eddie and Lou • Level 34: Chalmers • Level 35: Patty and Selma I think it's likely safe to say one of this summer's levels may be based around the episode The Summer of 4'2" since Lisa's outfit from that episode is part of the  walk-through pop-up box and we've received all other items in that graphic to date. |

I just hope we don't get more wheels/boxes!
Would love some new levels and easy going events that would allow us to waltz through, relaxed & enjoying the game, rather than the rat races we have been treated to lately.
...and of course adding of land would be a very popular move.

I would love for them to bring back all the items that have been missed during past events and make them premium products that can be purchased!

You will not be aware, my new friend, just how much you are stoking the flames of controversy here with what you probably believe is a fairly harmless and well meant comment. For whilst most will read it and either share in your joy or have no opinion on the matter, there will be some who feel their pulse quicken, a red mist descending behind their eyes and the beginnings of a rage so great that one would normally only associate it with the words 'Hulk Smash'. They will be quick to inform you that you have no right to limited time items that have long since expired. These items should be theirs and theirs alone. Why? They got here first. You weren't here then and so you don't deserve them. It's very wrong of EA to give you the chance to buy them. It's a personal insult to those who...who...were here before and therefore had the chance to get the items. Someone else will then write and point out that 'limited time item' does not equate to a 'one-time-only' deal. Many goods are sold over a limited time period before disappearing and returning at a later date. Consider, if you will, Cadbury's Creme Eggs and Mini Eggs. Only available for a few short months leading up to Easter before disappearing from the shelves but then returning at the same time the following year. Which by the way, is of absolutely no fecking consolation to me, having not been in the UK at this time for many years. It's a real shame as I am rather partial to these chocolatey treats. Then someone else will say but I bought these as premium items last year and now you can get them simply by spinning a wheel. Of course, when this is the case, we should be turning the other cheek, disappointed at our own loss but glad for others and their new found good fortune..........NO!.......THIS IS BULLSHIT! I bought these items last year, I mean I paid money for them and now you're saying you can have them for FREE! Pulse quickening. Red mist descending, blood cells mutating, skin turning green 'You won't like me when I'm angry!'... |

I have been playing for a while now and think this option should be added, would be of benefit to new players but also longer players who may have missed an item or come into some donuts and want to purchase something they have missed out on.

I disagree. Those who have been playing since the day it came out (February 2012) should get the extra stuff, just so we can go "HAHA! YOU WILL NEVER HAVE EVERYTHING!" to those who started playing later.

I probably should be the one to point out that EA does bring back most older items. Granted it's quite a bit away from now, but wait until Halloween for example. Last year they brought back older Halloween items and more than likely they'll do so again this year. Same goes for Christmas, Valentine's, St. Patrick's Day, and any other items EA occasionally sees fit to re-release. |

Vigilante I hope you aren't right, I'd love to get that Mayan god, together with the Cool Brown house and the Super Collider, even for donuts. And since EA seems to be all for us expending real $ in the game, I might get lucky.....

I for one hope they don't get re-released. Maple store was cool cause it was for Apple only devices, before the android platform was created. The CBH was a nice episode tie-in and unique. As for the myan god, it wouldn't make sense to re-release him as the "end of the world" has now come and went and he came with the myan calandar. |

I'd like to mention that SOME people *ME* had a very screwed up town for MONTHS!!! I couldn't play! I got this game the day it came out.....!!!! Jeez, trying to even remember what exactly the problem was since I had the game F up hardcore, more than once for long periods of time. I know that during Wacking Day, St. Pattys 2013, gameplay was at a standstill and I lost any opportunity to get limited time items: Mapple Store, cool brown house, jebadiah Wacking statue, and more.... I lost land, items and many times I thought the game was working again, only to have it mess up after a couple hours (after trying to fix what got F'd up, AGAIN!). I am mad as hell that I didn't get these items through no fault of my own! I know I can't be the only one who had a similar situation!
