You can only have 1 of each of the Duff Topiaries. Plus it looks like they upped the kitch rating requirement for 5 stars (and the topiaries don't make up the difference).

The way I understand it(remember it), Sanjay is like the carefree, irresponsible, extravagant little brother. He skips his shifts, hates to work, and likes to party. Apu is cheap, and tight with his money. Sanjay works there, more or less to "help" Apu out, rather then it being like he works for Apu. But Sanjay hasn't been in an episode in almost ten years, so my memory is probably hazy
