The Simpsons are Going To .... section??

This may just be a passing craze, but with the new 
system, I've noticed a lot of people needing to use the boards to post messages apologizing to their neighbors because their town will be untappable for one reason or another.
I wonder if it might be beneficial to start a seperate section of the forum dedicated to these posts. (I called it "The Simpsons Are Going To ..." but you can probably come up with something better.) You could even set up a few guidelines to help make it easy for neighbors to find info, i.e.
1. Include your Origin name in the Subject line of your thread (Friends of indydude33, for example).
2. In the body of your message, list the dates that your town will be unattended.
3. If desired, tell the reason (on vacation, midterm exams, work is insane, I'm sick, etc.) If you wish to keep that info to yourself, that's OK too. We're all about privacy, here.
4. List the date you anticipate being back around to tend to your town.
Selfishly, I was thinking about this because I'm leaving the country for a week next month and was trying to figure out how to tell my neighbors.
