DARNIT!!! I just started dismantling yesterday and now I see this?!?!?
Edit: Wait! I may be able to pull this off! My intent was to relocate my entire town center to the center of my landing zone and I just remembered I took screen grabs of my town center before I started dismantling it!

The Superbowl has been over for quite some time. Wiggum is insisting they end the tailgate party and clean up the mess. And wonders why they have a birdbath? So they've tidied up, Agnes is sweeping up the remainder and Cletus is rooting for recyclables.

- Take a screenshot of a building/area in your town with at least ONE of the Valentine's Day 2014 decorations visible
- Redesign/Remodel that building/area, and take a second shot screen shot with at least ONE Valentine's Day 2014 decoration visible
- Include at least TWO characters doing some "cleaning" in your second screenshot
- Post both screenshots in one post in this thread.
Ok here we go. This was my old town center which I had planned on relocating once I figured out that my landing zone won't move unless they give us more land. You'll notice the V-Day lamp posts noted for reference as well as surrounding buildings for a reference point as well. Here's the final product! I've successfully relocated my town center and in its old space I've chosen to create an outdoor mall. Lamp posts are still present and you'll notice reference buildings still there. Cleaner #1 is our good ol friend from the wheel of defeat doing his thing sweeping the sidewalks. Cleaner #2 is the Chief sweeping up crime off the streets which I forget who posted that her but thanks! Ok time to go sleep now lol.

Spring has sprung all over Springfield and Marge decided it is the best time to start improvement projects for the house. It's so easy to get caught in the mix, especially after seeing the great decorative additions the Van Houten's did to their landscape. Before After

Mr. Burns has decided that the power plant has outgrown its original location. Smithers found a new, larger site... The move is complete (at least for now!), and all that needs to be done is a little clean-up before the reopening. Lisa is doing a great job. Cletus is putting trash into the dumsters, and removing some for himself, as well. Homer is cleaning up some radioactive rods, and Burns and Smithers are having fun after cleaning out the safe.

I've been wanting to redo my church & this was good motivation! Selma clears her head with a breath of fresh air, while Wille burns last falls leaves. Agnes cleans the streets while the Tribal Chief cleans our residents pockets with expired vouchers. Eddie hopes to catch Sideshow Bob with his twirling baton to get rid of major crime in town. Lenny decides to take SLH home with him to get him off the streets. The Blue Haired Lawyer is meeting with Hank Scorpio about some legal business he's cleared up for him. I can't resist sharing a few more vingniettes: Agnes clears the streets of hyperactive children. Kumiko cleans up a few sketches of town residents in her HK sketchbook while Mr. Plow clears the roads. And finally: Tribal Chief & Hank Scorpio clear up some misunderstandings in their relationship.

I rarely do these projects because I can't spend the time removing roads but I figured out a way to get the characters in the shot so here it is. I like spring cleaning :-) I hope it's obviously the same area, I moved the park over and removed it from directly behind the high school, and gave the Spinster Apts a new home next to the park.

My "lower income" area has needed some sprucing up for a while now...so might as well throw in some expired decos and post it here Before: After: Ok...ummm...Brandine and Yes Guy are keeping the area free of crime, Herman cleaned out his closets and has some jeans to get rid of and Lisa is cleaning up after her turkeys...we hope. Yeah...that's all I got...

Never really liked my Knowlegeum, But it had been like that in my Springfield since I got it (I think). Not overly happy with the result after tbh, still struggle for inspiration with it. But as a bonus doing the redesign I ended up happier with my Crazy Golf course, being able to take a couple of stupid seasonal buildings out from behind others is a bit of a bonus. Gave me a place to put Homer's car too. Got the stupid layering bug, so the yeti's head is missing.

Ok where is this guide with the characters that "clean"? Because all I have is Willie that rakes leaves that I know...don't have anyone else that sweeps yet or anything? I don't have Agnes...so yeeeah...

There are certain characters that do certain outdoor tasks that you can twist to say they're cleaning in some way. If you still can't think of any, there's quite a few people who've participated already that have some examples of what certain characters can be doing to say they're cleaning. Try to have fun with it!

Spring Cleaning On the Upper East SideThis post was definitely a great motivator to get my Xmas area in order.
After the snow had melted and the flowers (and allergies) were in full swing, I had piles of melted snowpeeps sitting around along with Santa's Workshop, the Happy Little Elves (loved those lil devils) and copious amounts of candy canes, festive lamp posts and all the other Xmas decorations I had accumulated during the fervor. But where was I to put all these decorations? The xmas lights were slowing coming off the houses (usually only due to over zealous tapping) and those decos were just getting out of place. So, as best as able, I sent them to the North Pole, at least as North as I could go at the time, filling up as much space with various colored pine like trees. Then came along Nelson and good ol' Abe; plywood and log houses, definitely belong in the depths of the new forest. Then a little voice says, 'Hey little girl, you like badges'?' Well, uh, yeah, so the big yellow finger gets to work....Tap, drag, tap, store, etc, etc, etc..... Hey, let's buy some land and really make a forest...What?! That's as far as I can go, it can't be.....NOOO! (fists raised very high) Pouting fit subsides and the finger gets back to work and finally, Voila! Now Xmas has a fitting place, hidden deep in the forest, with entrances 1) from the forest for all who dare to enter and 2) Nelson's because he needs some sparkle in his life. Of course, Abe is near by, splittin' up the extra rails. He won't admit it but he really digs when Nelson rocks the guitar. Lisa is putting the finishing touches over at Nelsons', you know, history, and Homer is supposed to be cleaning, but I think he just likes mooning everyone.

I don't have Agnes...so yeeeah... Don't forget Lisa & Homer can "clean up Springfield." Little Side Note: Getting Lisa and Homer over for their photo op was proving quite the task for me. I have plenty of items for pickup but I would have had to clear the whole place before they got up there. So got the idea, could I lead them to the forest, a Pied Piper per se? First Homer, sent him on task to clean up, waited to see which trash pile he was headed for and then grabbed it quick before he could pretend to be cleaning. As I dragged the trash North, he followed and I was able to get my shot. Hot Diggity Damn! Same applied to Lisa although she was a bit smarter, took about 3 tries for her, go figure.

Ok ok I am about clear another piece of land with some waste on it so maybe I can swing Lisa or Homer cleaning it in the shot...would Burns hiding nuclear waste TECHNICALLY be cleaning? I mean he IS "cleaning"..."hiding" it? Otherwise it'll have to be Willie raking leaves

Wiggum cleans the streets of bad guys, Apu could be cleaning his mind of impure thoughts by praying, Snake could be cleaning out the krusty burger etc lol just gotta get creative with the story and i'm sure your efforts will be rewarded

Okie doke folks here was my town before my spring cleaning, everyone felt a little cramped and I do believe Marge was even protesting the lack of elbow room. Eeks. And now here it is with more land expansion a new building and just overall a more streamlined feel to it which I am very happy about. Willie has a whole new yard to rake, Lisa gets a thumbs up for dipping her hands in toxic goo, and Chief Wiggum gladly strolls the streets of Springfield "cleaning" up crime...or is cleaning up the streets of donuts? SOON ENOUGH! Also I moved my church further to the left and added a little prayer/zen garden The restaurants look a little bare because I am awaiting the coveted patio tables and chairs
