It is a bit costly for what it does not do - perhaps there will be tasks in the future - one must live in hope!

No more of a waste than the tree swing, burning bush, etc. I agree its probably not worth the 20 donuts but that's EA's pricing for you. I still bought it anyway cause I clearly have a problem.

The game would be greatly improved if the more costly & premium items were more interactive & actually had some use for tasks etc. Also, new buildings etc are slow to be fully incorporated in to the game - such as Sir Put-A-Lot's & El Chemistri - they both have initial quests, but then become pretty much redundant (except for the cash they generate).

I agree, we could definitely have some updated tasks also for our "old" characters... How come we still can't send our C-list celebrities to the Pimento Grove? Oh, the thetherball? Nah... I'm so much happier with a few extra swings...

I think at some point and time all premium items should have some type of interaction. I mean the fruit trees could drop something every once and a while. I don't think anything you pay for should just sit there.

If every premium item had tasks it would be alot better I highly doubt EA will make tasks for it though

Agreed on the interaction front... Granted, many of us will buy whatever they're selling, but if it was known that premiums had an advanced interaction across the board, people would be more inclined... Funny, I often find myself lobbying for things I want in these forums under the guise of making more money for EA. hmmmm....

i dig the cars cannot be driven around. but task with them could be funny...
broadcast car: have kent make a live news report ambulance: dr. nick and/or dr. hippert save a poor soul police car: wiggums does an arrest
as for the thetherball/brick: nelson goes on practice
ea is just lazy to actually think of some cool ideas what can be done with these items.

All i know is i bought it and it ruined Christmas. No! YOU ruined Christmas! Sorry. Sorry. I have a friend who always says, "Remember the time your parents told you, you ruined Christmas?!" He was part of a set of twins, so I can imagine he and his brother really did.

I'm going to go against popular vote and say that I like it. I didn't know that it moved though! Yeah it's pretty pricey but I'm a collectionist so eh.

Liking these ideas a lot! The least they could do is make Wiggum's 6 hour task - nap in the SWAT van - require the police car. It already has an animation so that could be put to use plus it could then maybe give us a premium 6 hour task for Wiggum.
