XP frozen

My daughter also plays the game, and yesterday we each completed building the Wiggims house. While my game has moved on, her XP has stopped accumulating at 6505 but her cash does still add up.  I have tried quitting out and also logging out of Origin with no change. Has anybody else seen this kind of issue?

Unfortunately I saw a couple people mention the same over on the EA board, but no one ever responded saying it was fixed. When you say "tried quitting out," do you mean force exit? Other than that and trying Origin, I'm not too sure.

But if any others have had this happen, please post so that a solution can hopefully be worked out.

Have the same problem, had the harp for 4 days, then could access the game but XP remains frozen.

i mean I Closed the game, double clicked my home button on my ipad and then quit out of the game altogether. Then I logged out of Origin and signed back in.

i have also logged into her account/game on my ipad, and the problem shows up there so it is not the device(the 2 iPads sync to different computers). The problem is definitely account and server related, which is a bummer.  So long as it corrects itself eventually, it's fine I guess, and hopefully catches her up on the XP she is earning but not being given.  Otherwise it's a shame, she will never start over again, it took a long time to get to level 26.

Happen to me last week logged out then back in and it starting adding up again sorry this is happening

It might be because of the wiggum house, if you can get in still try storing it then restart your game and see what happens ?

That's a good idea, I just stored it and quit out. That didn't work, so i logged out, and signed back in, still no luck. So I'm gonna keep it stored for a few hours and see if that helps.

Just had a building complete construction, that did not shake the XP counter back into action. I'm trying anything that might change a games settings.

I had this twice, it seemed to be because the counter didn't set itself back to 0 after the bonus level. XP didn't increase for awhile (maybe because the display was wrong) and then all of a sudden it did. Since then I've noticed the counter moving around now and then, up and down. Definitely a bug but maybe a harmless one?
