For Valentines I think it would be kinda cool to have the couples of Springfield that we know about up top. Homer/Marge, Lisa/Milhouse (from the future Christmas ep), Kirk/Luann, and depending what female character comes next with their counterpart.
Pinks & reds with hearts. And thread icons could be those "be mine" candies and chocolates.
Obviously I'm on here too much as I streamed most of this last night. LoL

It was pointed out by someone (I forget who) that we can't really expect a theme forum for every event or holiday. The mods are people too and also have real lives. Right now they're dealing with badge reorganization too. I love the forum themes, I've enjoyed them, but I don't want to place undue burden on them by expecting or wanting anything. Pink isn't my color anyway, unless it's the flamingoes.

Right now they're dealing with badge reorganization too. I love the forum themes, I've enjoyed them, but I don't want to place undue burden on them by expecting or wanting anything. Pink isn't my color anyway, unless it's the flamingoes. Outrageous! I can, will and do expect outrageously elaborate themes not just for events and holidays and also randomly inserted in between. Each one more elaborate than the previous until my eyeballs explode from pure visual stimulation! |

Honestly I thought we'd have our valentine update for the game by now so that's why I suggested this in mid January. I don't expect a theme update for every event or holiday either. Hell, the idea itself came from a dream. |
