I believe Itchy and Stampy were 40, while the grumple was 25(thus the confusion as to whether or not it actually paid 2%) I think snowball was 20 but you should probably wait for someone else to verify that. As for the ones that just bump up your vanity I think they just cost cash, but again I would wait for someone else to verify before updating your awesome chart
