Sometimes when you visit a friend you get the message about sideshow bob.
If you want to get him for your neighbor but you're to lazy to search for him, try this:
- go back to friends list
- go back to this friend's town
The screen will now follow Bob and you only have to tap him.
(works for me, hope it works for everyone else too)
