With the new tool you can switch quickly to the next neighbor.
If you're not sure how many neighbors you can visit in your busy day, rush through them with only one tap each. The counter will set 24 hours remaining.
Do a 2nd round with only one tap.
3rd round: see above.
With 100 friends you should be able to visit everyone with at least 1 hour a day (staggered without dropping gift or so).
