Gulp and Blow animation

Is it just me or is there no animation for the gulp and blow? It might be a glitch in my town but I haven't noticed one

I think there is also no animation on the retirement castle - or krustylu studios

willie's shack
howard's flowers - not 100% sure
retirement home
king toot's music store
skip's diner
java server
jake's unisex hair palace
santa's village - though it never had task to test it
white, blue and orange house

jeez there is alot of places without animation... add that to my list of things in future updates... probably won't be done though
