I'll feel like I'm giving a finger painting to Bob Ross, "ah look at those happy green blobs, oh what? Oh happy trees" Did you say the finger or finger painting because Bob doesn’t look as happy as his trees do.

I know all you graphic/cyberyish wunderkinds are all relaxed about this. But I'm a wreck. Driving in my car I wonder about who I'll get and what I could do that would be worth something to them. I burned the rolls for dinner last night because I was mentally convulsing over the concept that I might get a new member... Someone I couldn't cyberstalk. And god help me if I get one of you talented old schoolers. I'll feel like I'm giving a finger painting to Bob Ross, "ah look at those happy green blobs, oh what? Oh happy trees" jwlizard are we friends yet? If not, we should be. You stole the words right put of my mind (other than burning the rolls which would require sufficient enthusiasm to begin baking them in the first place). I just hope I get a woman. At least then I'm already used to disappointing them.

We're going to go ahead and close entries and will be sending assignments to folks over the next day or two. I'll post the list of people who signed up tonight, if you want to back out tonight will be the time to do it. If you really want to participate, but didn't get signed up, shoot me a pm and I'll get you added. We can't add more people once we've sent out the assignments though. So this is the last chance.

We have just finished sending out the Secret Santa recipient messages. While you should send your finished "gift" as a reply to the message you were sent, please direct general questions or issues to a member of the PnR committee.
The PnR Submissions account is not linked to a specific user, therefore we won't see notifications or messages sent to that account unless we are checking it for entries.

Are we allowed to use images from the internet as long as we alter them to make them our own? Or no?

My poor recipient will be the receiver of a time honored and ridiculous Christmas tradition. Yay this is going to be fun!

I too may, or may not, be stalking my secret Santa in order to learn more about them. I think this might be a new form of Google Stalking and may carry with with a maximum penalty of a $5,000.00 fine and up to 30 days at Guantanamo, so we had better be careful to cover our cyber-tracks

Most certainly, however we would like to be able to organize it into one post. Use all the images you want, we don't want to deter people from doing their own creative spin. We just want to stay away from something like 1) I found this picture on the internet, here you go or 2) I made this for you.

Ahhhh, that makes all the difference then. Strategic Moderating is definitely not stalking. See we just have to learn to listen/read better. Context clue can make all the difference between a great Secret Santa gift and spending time Club Fed

I had it stored away for a big reveal because I was sure I would be a rock star when I shared it.
