And I would like to give a gift out to @themeparks4life (even though he has one, a second one to say thanks for putting up with my town lol) and Killeru also to thank him for putting up with my town  And to anyone else who has problems visiting my town iv heard it a few times, il try and minimize the decor to make it easier to visit

Hey Santa Homer , I can't give another gift but I was glad to see that my neighbor Cas has come over and visited our forum. And it is Christmas and all, so what could be a better way to welcome someone to our wonderful forum then with a gift? |

Fraggle, as i feel in this thread similar as in my springfield very limited on sending out gifts, can you please remove the limitation that we can only give one gift to another forum member. As @ray said, its christmas :abe:

As @ray said, its christmas :abe: Everyone will get a gift if everyone participates by gifting those who have not received a gift yet. It would basically go full circle. This is about participation and I personally am very satisfied with how the rules are laid out, otherwise people like myself (those that are highly active on the forum) would be the ones giving out all the gifts which would give no reason for others to step up and try to help in the gift giving. So those who get involved and give will surely feel the spirit of the Holidays and help the gift giving become a full circle event.  |

As @ray said, its christmas :abe: Just like the game, we are limiting the number of gifts each person receives so that some people don't end up with 50 gifts, while others have 0 or 1. These types of events could easily be interpretted as popularity contests, even if that probabaly isn't the intent behind the action. Besides you can only display the icon once in the badge slots, so other than Krusties, the multiples don't make a big difference. Feel free to wish friends a happy holidays or recognize people who have been great neighbors, ect...in this thread. If you know of someone who doesn't have a gift badge yet, please feel free to tag them and tag Santa Homer so he can make sure that person gets a gift before December 25th. |

That's why we hired him for the season.  we encourage people to give to those who don't have gifts yet. The first few days we just wanted to make sure everyone felt they had a chance to post, so the thread wasn't full of only high post count members, or members giving the same people a gift over and over. At this point if you know of people who don't have gifts please tag them since we don't have much time left. |

And I am happy to announce that since the Christmas update it loads much more faster. I don't notice the waiting time compared with the other towns anymore so if people are still saying that it loads slow and can't visit are dirty little liars... You didn't come across negative at all. Some people like them, some people don't. Those who are the most vocal aren't necessarily representative of everyone's opinion, I think there are as many people who aren't interested as those who are. Honestly if I wasn't one of the people who designed the contests I doubt I would have as many badges as I do. |
