There seems to be a glitch, or maybe a permanent fix, to tapping on a neighbors Squidport tile when you see it. You get extra xp and it appears multiple people can tap on the same tile. This gives the owner of that SP extra tiles. So if you have 3 neighbors tap on the same tile, you get three tiles instead of just one.
In case this is a glitch, they will surely fix it quickly. I recommend getting with your neighbors and letting them know what's up. God knows we all hate to wait on those tiles.
I have verified this in my SF with 2 tiles at once.
Make sure you wait until you see multiple handshakes over your SP entrance before you tap it. You will get one tile per handshake.

I only tapped the one tile on SP, but at the same time I just tried the glitch with my wife's town and tapped her town with 5 of my old "feeder" towns and did tap the tile first and then it still let me tap two more buildings, so perhaps it was only a glitch I and with your town
Okay for some reason, when I went to my other "feeder" towns, my wife's town did not register more than one handshake (1 out of 5 did, perhaps because I did not reenter my SF before logging out, despite the fact that it did register that I also haunted buildings) but then I did my last feeder town and made sure to reenter my own SF again and it did leave the second handshake.
My wife's town got 2 tiles and each time I tapped on I tapped on it with my own town I got mega XP

Also, if you as a neighbor tap the tile, exit and reenter their SF, you can tap the tile again, and do it again for a third time.

Note: make sure when collecting your handshakes that you leave one remaining. That way your friends can continue to tap your tile.

I got four extra tiles before I screwed up and tapped my tile away. Leaving one handshake was trickier than I thought.

Is it not like when you have multiple thumbs and they all clear together on the same tap? No, they stack on top of each other , and you can clear them one at a time. It's like the valentines glitch/Krustyland ticket glitch , if you tap the tile, exit, come back, repeat, you can tap 3 tiles. I was getting over 2000 Xp per neighbors towns who had a tile to tap. |
