How about we get Springfield Mall and our residents have got to start their X-mas shopping! But they should start the building of the mall on Thanksgiving and have a "black friday" event (don't make it too long other than logging in as people will be out shopping and not playing).
- or perhaps, have like a mini-event on Black Friday where you have to visit your SF every hour and complete like 12 or 16 one hour tasks to get a small prize. Any ideas on what that prize would be? perhaps having the angel skeleton as the prize for sending Lisa/Marge/Ned on tasks after Bart and/or Homer find some bones
That would also be a good time to introduce Krusty's father as it also coincides with Hanukah.
How about an advent calendar where we collect prices (similar to the Simpson attic)?
The twelve days of Christmas, each day with a special task (with Homer/us having to find and collect the actual items from the 12 days of Christmas, like day one we have to visit our friends and find one partridge in their SF's, day 2 we would have to find 2 turtle doves and 1 partridge). Then if we collect all the items we get a prize/skin/something?
What are your idea?

I like the idea of the Springfield mall. I'm all for a black Friday weekend event, but not something where I have to log in every hour to finish the tasks or collect prizes. It's not feasible for me. The advent calendar or 12 days of Christmas would have to be within your own Springfield, or how could you ensure that you could collect them? whatever they come up with, I hope it's as mich fun as this Halloween event.

My wife and tend to shop all day so it would be hard for me, but I was thinking like you you would have to send just like homer or Lisa on 12 one hour back to back tasks so it would not take long to log into the game on your phone and set only 1 or 2 people on a task. Plus, for EA, if people are that busy and want the prize, they would have to spend donuts to speed up the tasks

brettolmsted. I'm willing to stay logged in all the time. But I don't always have a data signal. My husband is an over the road truck driver. There are parts of the country where there is no service. I cant spend donuts if i cant log on. That's why I'd rather see a weekend event. At some point I can get a signal.

You are right, and it is somewhat unfair all our Aussie friends, and others, would also be a day later and it would not be "black friday" for them
