Also, I wanted to point out that when collecting from friends, MAKE SURE to collect the GOO. DO NOT do the speed trick where you just tap and then leave the town because the GOO does not actually collect when you leave town, at least that's what happened to me. I've just gone through a bunch of neighbours without clicking any goo and I'm easily +100 from what I was so maybe yours just glitched out? |

I got those number's from Spanser's website. The community is at ~374 million now, so I guess by Monday we'll know how it's going to work. You might want to note that this is just speculation. The image appears to give the claim validity that it may or may not warrant. Good point. I'll do that as soon as I get home. I'm mobile right now. |

I saw someone on another thread mention special ghost animations if you haunt the prison (electric chair ghost) or Krusty Burger (horse ghost). I just haunted the power plant control building and it has Frank Grimes' ghost. What other special hauntings are there? I'm not sure I understood your question correctly, so I hope I answer it some-what decently. When visiting your neighbor's town, or when they visit your town, you can haunt up to three buildings. These buildings will then have a special animation with black fog and ghosts to show you that they are haunted. I hope that helps! Most of the buildings have swirling ghosts when you haunt them, but a few have building-specific ghosts. The ghost at the prison is a guy in an electric chair and at the control building, it is Frank Grimes. The has a woman removing her head. If you haunt Krusty Burger, the ghost is a horse. Any others that people have noticed? |

I might be being dense but how do you haunt a building? I've been tapping ones in neighbours towns with and without fog and nothing happens. All you have to do is tap the ghost icon floating above a building to haunt it. I believe it is better for your friend if you tap a ghost on a building that does not already have the black fog, even if you have to option to tap a building with fog. I figured it out. Couldn't do anything because it hadn't been 24 hours since last visit. |

The library is the woman removing her head - the word "library" somehow got lost in my original post. I think a ghost ate it. I'll have to haunt Moe's and check that out! I do a quick search for the power plant just to see "Grimey"  |

D'oh-tastrophe Inc. -- sorry for any duplicate info Every tap results in Ecto/GOO. The odds of getting a Gremlins are 10%. Also, the odds of getting a Donut from a tap are .1% (1 in 1000), according to the game files, although I have received 2 in only a few hours. Donuts are available when tapping Ghosts/Buildings in friend's towns, as well as your own town. Here's the code for how a character turns into a Ghost....It appears that the character must be within 4 blocks of the ghost, and must be facing the ghost. Characters can be turned after they finish a task, before you tap the thumbs up. (EDIT: Characters can be in a task and get POSSESSED; Bart got possessed while trick or treating for me) (NOTE: I have not witnessed any characters in the process of being possessed...ghosts keep flying by tasked and task-less characters.) (ProximityCheck attackers="Posessors" defenders="PossessableCharacters" gridRadius="4" defenderSkinRestriction=".*Haunted" frequency="idle" chance="2" canTargetScriptedMovementCharacters="false" attackerMustFaceDefender="true") Also, getting the Trivia Question correct will award 5 Donuts, in addition to the Homer skin. (I'm not sure, but the answer to the question may be "Emerald Ring"....with the incorrect answers being "Sapphire Tie Clip" and "Ruby Nipple Stud".)

I think I see in the code that Kang will be given away, which is kinda garbage since we paid Donuts for him.

I was watching it: tapped a ghost, GOO shows up, leave the town before GOO auto collects, revisit town, no more option to tap ghost and GOO counter did not go up. Hopefully others do not have the same issue and my game will fix itself overtime. |

Also, D'oh-tastrophe Inc. there is a questline for the ancient burial ground with Lisa. Ancient Burial Ground 1. Make Lisa write an indignant letter. 1 hour (Someone factcheck me on the actual wording. I think that's close) 2. Make Lisa Mediate Land Rights Between Angry Spirits. 1 hour. That seems to be the whole quest. After it was completed a dialogue came up saying Mastadon spirits would now roam my town. |

This has probably been discussed before. But, I am a tad confused. Whenwe use gremlins, are we taking goo from our neighbors total count. "Stealing" goo?

No. Some members have experimented with the gremlins and it does not take goo from your neighbors. By using the gremlin, you are giving your neighbor a chance to earn 2 goo. They have 4 hours to squish your gremlin. If they squish it within that time, then they get 2 extra goo and you get 2 extra goo. If they don't squish it within 4 hours, you get all 4 of the goo yourself. The goo is not taken away from anyone's count. It's just extra goo from the gremlins themselves. |

I discovered something very interesting. If you visit a friend you have 3 buildings to hound and 5 ghosts to squish which will give you 5 goo. Normally .... But with this trick I discovered you can squish 6 ghosts and also receive 6 goo. The trick is to squish only 4 of the 5 ghosts then you wait until you see two ghosts at close distance together, or you scroll through the town until you find two of them. Once you found two ghosts which are very close you must tap both of them very very quickly one after another. Then both will be giving away goo and you can tap them it will be counted. This way you can collect from every friend 6 goo instead of 5 |

It makes the counter set on -1  so I'm not sure if the next time you'll only be able to whack 4. But who cares, at least the needed GOO quantities are not Snake-high and I think everyone can get the prizes without stress |
