With Halloween around the corner, we're asking you to show us your love for Monsters! Use all the TSTO decor at your disposal to create an art piece of your favorite monster. We have a slight change in procedure and ask that you PM your entry to me, LSLeong. Use this thread for discussion or to ask questions, but any entries posted on this thread will be deleted. All entries are due by 11:59pm (PDT) Monday, October 14. All entries will be showcased at the end of the contest, and the Pics & Rec judges will pick the top three and bring them to the forum members for the final vote. All worthy entries (ones that show some effort) will receive a David award if the artist does not already have one. Winners of the challenges will receive a beautiful new Gummi Venus de Milo badge. The rarest gummi of them all, this award was carved by gummi artisans who work exclusively in the medium of gummi. We hope you will treasure it rather than eat it  |

Will showcased entries be listed by the creators name? Or will only the winners be identified? I'm not above making a fool of myself, but I don't really want everyone to know.

All entries will be listed with the creator names because we want to give you credit for your hard work. You may not think it's very good, but I'm sure others will love it. We are always our own harshest critics. I do hope you will participate! And that goes for everyone else on the forum too!  |

Thank you both for replying so quickly. There are some pretty intimidating artists on this forum. I think trying to participate would be fun for me though. My less than stellar submission will only make theirs look better!

Will all entries be shown in the voting or just 3? Basically there will be a voting thread like there is for all contests. There will also be a kind of "gallery thread" for all the submissions. That way hopefully people will feel they can be creative without feeling like they have to compete with others whose work is more recognizable. |

This will give me an excuse to do two Halloween pieces. Octo Maggie won the poll for picking my next piece. It's signed sealed and delivered but seeing its on display, in my eyes that disqualifies it. Thus I must do another Halloween piece of my choosing.
I want that green gummie, especially if I have to peel it off a sexy babysitters ass (Sarcasm Simpson reference).

LoL I just did a silly.
I didn't properly read the directions and just created a rather large Halloween art piece with no real "monster" in it. Unless Bart being a dick could be considered a monster.... Fak! Oh well I'll add it to my portfolio and another day I will create a proper monster for consideration.
Sigh...

here,s my monster i created from some things in tapped out its snorky! from the treehouse of horror XI episode i just realy like this charkter from the show and thats why i made this art for this forum! enjoy looking! i go for the winnning badge!
