But seriously, I do think it is safe to say that this contest is over, we have a clear cut winner with this outstanding design from ThorButtockthLarge:  64x64:  The only thing I might ask is if ThorButtockth would mind if we try fitting in months under the image, nothing that would intrude of course. |

To those who voted for the Homer Donut, know that you made this nitwitted nincompoop very proud of his work.  I'm glad so many of you liked it. To those of you who didn't and voted for something different, I apologize for this one winning. To make it up to you, I shall send each of you a small Tim Hortons coffee through the mail (I take no responsibility if the mail service declines such a package). I wouldn't mind at all if the word 'Months' was included in the badge. I remember trying a couple variations of that while I was making it but couldn't find a way to do it that I personally found appealing... but now the badge is for all of you, so yes, by all means feel free to make any changes or inclusions you'd like that you think would work. |

But otherwise we will leave it as is, who cares if there is confusion when this forum turns 6, I mean 5 years from now I bet the badges will be holograms that will actually feed us the donut, plus if I am still here in 5 years I might have to evaluate life a little...so with that said maybe we leave it as is and just start passing them out. |

Of course they are improving, I wouldn't expect anything else. And though perhaps I've been too hard and too brash, graphic design is more that choosing a typeface and applying drop shadows. |

I think we should just leave it as it is. The writing will barely be readable at small sizes, and it's not like we'll be here to turn 6 years old anyway... right? ...
