Well, it has become clear that Tapped Out has started to introduce some lesser known and less obvious characters to the game recently (Lumpy the Snake, Frink's Robot Dog, Rex Banner and Abraham Lincoln for example) so I'm just wondering what other lesser known characters will be next? Here are a few suggestions: Doctor Colossus - A Super-Villain and mad scientist - would be great to see some sort of interaction between him and Hank Scorpio. Doctor Colossus has made a few appearances in episodes, mainly as cameos, but has also made a few appearances in comics and some other media too. Charlie - Charlie is a background character who works at the Nuclear Power Plant. He has made a lot of appearances over the course of the show but barely speaks. An appearance by Charlie could add him to the smallish Plant Workers character group. Sam and Larry - The barflies character group has only one person in it - Barney. This isn't enough. Sam and Larry would add another two characters to the group. They are the only other barflies not in the game and whilst they barely speak ever, they have made enough appearances within the show to gain a place in the game. George H. W. Bush - President George H. W. Bush has made a few appearances in the series, most well known in the episode "Two Bad Neighbors". He also lived in Springfield, although temporarily, in said episode. Abraham Lincoln joining the game also paves the way for other presidents to join, and I think Bush is most likely. Mary Bailey - Springfield's state governor, Mary Bailey, has made a few appearances in the show, mostly in early episodes. She's also a female character - something we are lacking in the game. Unfortunately, she is not voiced by one of the main cast so she will not be voiced in the game. Michael D'Amico - Fat Tony's son (although this Fat Tony is the brother of the original so he's this Fat Tony's nephew) could enter the game in some form and have some sort of tie-in to Fat Tony obviously. He's made a few appearances so he could work. Wendell Borton - Although he may not be a "lesser known" character as such, he has been making less and less appearances since the early episodes where he was more prominent. Wendell would make another good addition to the Kids character group. Basically, there are so many characters to choose from without running out of characters. Any more suggestions? |

I would think that Roy would make a good addition to Tapped Out at some point, a character thrown into the game to spice up the game, the same reason it was suggested a new character go to live with the Simpson family.  |

How about a media-based update for Springfield? Bill and Marty: The pair could come with KBBL Radio, which would be similar to Cletus' Farm and Channel 6. Birch Barlow: A premium character that would unlock a task for KBBL Radio. Dave Shutton: Springfield's resident reporter who could also come with the Springfield Shopper. Arnie Pye: By no means is Arnie obscure, but he fits in with the theme. Also, he can come with a crashed helicopter. It seems a bit unfair that Burns, Fat Tony and Wolfcastle all have their giant estates, but Mayor Quimby gets left homeless. How about an update that gives us the Quimby Compound with the mayor's nephew, Freddy Quimby? I'm also a little disappointed to see that the Calmwood Mental Hospital won't be coming with Dr. Foster. I'm sure his eight-month spanking therapy task would have put growing corn to shame! |

It seems a bit unfair that Burns, Fat Tony and Wolfcastle all have their giant estates, but Mayor Quimby gets left homeless. How about an update that gives us the Quimby Compound with the mayor's nephew, Freddy Quimby? Firstly, how dare you link to the rip off of Wikisimpsons, Simpsons Wikia, which is the zombie copy of Wikisimpsons in its early days which the power and money hungry bastard scum known as Wikia refused to close down when we left... Secondly, It would be better coming with Martha Quimby in my opinion. |

I'm not just saying it is better as I am the head of it, I'm saying it is better as it has thousands more articles than the Simpsons Wikia, which is a duplicate wiki of our wiki as it was 3 years ago, with a couple of thousand articles more than then, mostly stolen from Wikisimpsons... |

We've been going through periods of downtime for the last few hours. It's also increasingly difficult to add new information as a result... Once we get our new server up and running, it should all sort itself out. It's online now though. |

I want to see Linguo. and it could have the tasks of:
Correct bad grammar - 1 hr
Gets bad grammar overload - 4 hr
Explodes - 8 hr
Show and Tell - 12 hr
Lisa Fix Linguo - 24 hr (need Lisa free)
The joint task would pay double since it would be using 2 characters..
Could have a whole quest line involving the Mob and various other characters.. and i would like to have Linguo walking around my town.. I think he would be cool.. cooler than those blasted Funzos... they arent fun at All...

lets not forget Rex Banner was shot out of a catapult He was seen in the movie so he survived. We need Database. He's had a fair amount of appearances so he deserves a shot in the game. Maybe for the Christmas update - The Grumple. I doubt he'd be a task character, more of a Mayan God type character, except maybe he'd say some quotes along the lines of "Grumply Grumply Groo! Your blood will make my stew!" He's also made a few more appearances in the later seasons, which I'm kind of sad about as he's no longer that one off gag character I loved... |
