...and then my shiny new restaurant ( el chemistri) is build :  is it true that you can only use it once and then it becomes useless like pimento grove and sir put a lot? |

Alas, it is true!
The three characters in the storyline all go to eat there for 4-hour tasks and then that's it. It is not used anymore. I don't know why they keep doing that!
I've got 8 more hours to go.

What do you mean by use it once? i've read that after the task you can no longer asign anyone to visit el chemistri. I misunderstood. I know what you mean now. I started building mine like 10 hours ago, so I still have like 26 hours. |

I think I have about 24 hours left for my El Chemistri. I want to pre-decorate the area, but since that restaurant is so modern I don't really like my choices in the game for decorations. The race car is the only thing I've put near it while I wait.
