No Squidport Tapping Pact

I don't really need new neighbors, but I know a lot of people are having trouble with their current neighbors tapping on their Squidports and making their boardwalk tiles disappear.

To make this clear, you are adding neighbors from this thread with a clear understanding that neither of you will tap each other's Squidports until this whole debacle is settled.
