16 - 30 take 36 hours $7,500 (22.5 days)

121 - 151 take 84 hours $17,500 (108.5 days)

This is a rarity - I'm stuck here too and need help.

EDIT - Got it worked out. Uninstalling the game and other such tactics don't work. Duff Dawg was stuck here too and apparently selling the store and rebuilding it was enough to get the game going again. It is a waste of $$ and donuts, if you rush it along, but it's the only option so far.

From what I've seen elsewhere, you don't have to sell and rebuild it. Just store it and then take it out of storage. I haven't gotten there yet, so I can't confirm.

Does Lisa's quest come up after Homer's task is done or after the Captain's is done? I'm not sure if the boardwalk pieces impact the quest, I only have 7 placed (and I'm praying nobody taps the 8th when it's done).

Lisa (dialog only, i'd assume you need her free) kicks into gear after Homer's and the Captain's quest.

I had my itchy an scratchy building finish... but I had to store it, then put back onto my map for the new dialog to kick in.

After Itchy and Scratchy store finished

Unlocked - Hot Dog(20), Popcorn stand(10), Basketball Game(40) (all 3 premium)
The Entertainers (4 premium 1 cash) (Sorry I did a quick purchase cant remember the costs probably ranged from 20-80 donuts)

Lemonade Stand (760$), Coffee Kart (850$)

Next part to build the "Malaria Zone" (24 hour build)

Thanks!! Lisa was free after Homer was done yelling at the ocean, but no dialog, so I sent her on a long task with everyone else (except the Captain, who is doing his 4 hour task).

Ah - stupid me. That might have worked too. If I get stuck again, I'll certainly try this. I just used what Duff Dawg did as it worked for him, but thank you for the alternate idea.

Just a FYI for the guide, I got the quest to build the Itchy & Scratchy store from the Sea Captain after his first quest. Nobody else was free (and I had 7 boardwalk tiles, if that matters).

OK, I'm currently on Squidport 05: Build Itchy & Scratchy Store, and have about 6 hours left. I haven't rushed anything but did have 9 boardwalk tiles placed. I gather, from what I read somewhere that 8 is the number the game wants you to achieve for the Squidport 06 farming task. ( and starting that task unlocked the premium Ferris Wheel and Planet Hype if I'm reading all this correctly.)

So I've put two tiles into storage to bring out after I get the Squidport 06 task. From what you have all experienced, am I going to be OK?

I'll update this post later tonight to let you know if this worked.

UPDATE: This did work and allowed me to unlock the premium items and get all of the quests. I did have one, I think, unrelated glitch that others have mentioned. After building the I&S Store the quest wouldn't complete. It just sat there labeled "Done" in my task tray. I put the store in inventory. Closed the app. Closed it in my "open app tray" (I'm on iOS). Then restarted the game, placed the store and all was good.

I'm in the same boat as you. I've put away all my tiles other than the four from the tutorial just to be safe. I'm hoping your way works too, just keep us posted.

What I did was this:

I had something like 7 or 8 tiles out and the I&S store building. Once it was built I put the store and all the tiles in storage. Then I put out all the tiles again, replaced the store and everything was good to go. Bart prompted him and Milhouse shopping and the Captain prompted the build on Malaria Zone.
