Ever since Springfield shot down his spaceship, Kang has been thirsty for revenge. Strapping on his mighty set of balls (approximately 700 of them) he entices residents into his slave compound, forcing some residents into slave labour in order to fix his ship while others are detained for other uses. In particular Jasper has been the result of a number of Kang's experiments. Most vengefully, Kang has captured mad scientist Frink to operate the deadly ray gun and shoot down all air crafts whcih come in range.Those who object, most notably Willie, are fed to the snakes. As can be seen by Kang's sidekick Lumpy, few have failed to escape the wrath of Kang.  Kang is in direct violation of the UN Declaration of Human Rights: - Article 3: Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person.
- Article 4: No one shall be held in slavery or servitude; slavery and the slave trade shall be prohibited in all their forms.
- Article 5: No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment.

I am more surprised it is legal in DC than it is in Kentucky....sorry Kentucky. I wasn't surprised by Alabama, Kentucky, North Carolina or Texas. But when you think about it, DC makes sense. There has to be more than just bribes and sucking the public teet to entice so many congress critters. |

I am more surprised it is legal in DC than it is in Kentucky....sorry Kentucky. I wasn't surprised by Alabama, Kentucky, North Carolina or Texas. But when you think about it, DC makes sense. There has to be more than just bribes and sucking the public teet to entice so many congress critters. LOL. YES. I was going to make a similar play, something like "we'll of course it's legal in DC otherwise all those prostitutes would be doing something illegal!" |

To round out the entries to an even 14 I have added this crime scene to the mix: Fat Tony heading to a meet Louie and Legs, and collect dues, at his beloved Luigi's.
