I didn't before, but now you've got me wondering, too.
I'd guess yes, because that would be the least work for EA and its programmers, right? I guess they could have come up with some kind of random-Springfield generating algorithm (RaSpGAl?), but it would have to have all kinds of rules and exceptions... smacks of effort.
Maybe a committee of civic-minded players could be formed to create panoramic views of their respective OSp's and post them for comparison.

It's likley all level 20 Other Springfields are made the same, the only way to really be sure is if someone spent the time to screenshot it and post it here for others to compare

yup #12 this is my other Springfield too. interesting idea though, still not sure why it stops at level 20 |
