Hello, some time ago I wrote a script, that converts the internal information of the game to a readable worksheet. I know that this information stands here and there around in the internet - but they did not allow me to use a sorting. So after I read many of this sites, I thought it's the time to give something back! I'm from germany - so I've released the worksheet in german and english for the current update (4_2_0r8_Herman) and also for the upcoming update (4_3_0r1_Waterfront). My initial idea was to find out what gives the most Tree-hugging per square and later per dollar, but know I've integrated everything I found - if you're missing any information, just write a short answer and I'll check what I can do. I've tried to integrate the images, but I did not manage to find out the correct size of the raw images until now and even if I guess them, the image looks very bad. Maybe I'll find it out later. The sheets are open document spreadsheets (ODS) and a preview in google drive is available, but they not sortable / filterable because of the concept of google docs. If you want all features you'll need to download the listed ods-files. drive.google.com/folderview?id=0B0LNVFuC9q-6aUNxd1o0b1FTRVE#list
The script itself downloads the DLC directly from the server, so it's easy to re-run it after updates and also translatable! Hoping someone finds this useful. Greets Morehuhn

No, you are not and I noticed that as well. ;-) I think it's my style of presentation - but I'm working on a much better content that does not need a wall of text / explaination. :-)
At least I hope that it will be better - but for now my 'real work' has to be done. Thanks for your reply anyway - no responses except yours, what confirms your and my opinion. :-/

I like it! Thank you!
I read about building base price and multiplier.. is it in the files or prices are just updated at each update?

My experience in the game was that you pay "base price * multiplier for required level" - so they are updated with each level update in my files. (Seemed a better solution for me because it's generated to don't bother the reader with calculations himself.) But the values for waterfront are implausable for now - I think waterfront was meant to be before the level 30 update.
Currently I'm making a good progress on the next version - I hope to release it very soon and it is much more user friendly and intuitive (but still with the same information). I'll add the answer to your question as a hint - Thanks!
