Do they actually give you 3 donuts or is it contingent on people not griping to EA? In the latter case, I assume that means we don't get them

And I wonder if they still will promise "better things in level 31" if we already have level 31.
I am just on the first 24 hour wiggum task, so there is no way I will be finished on Thursday (if that's when the new update comes). In fact I wonder if that is a sign that next update is a while longer, as it's not really possible to finish the entire story line in a week (even with knowing who to keep free).

I'm also on the 24 hour wiggum task.
When look at the following tasks I need 4 days to finish.
So I don't think/hope level 31 comes on thursday this week. It's just a too long-term quest-line in level 30.

I have both fat tony and Herman free after getting Bart and Mulhouse in the shop. Can't get tony to progress. Help?
