Hi, everybody!

Just wanted to update that I was able to re-create some of the issues this past Saturday and forwarded some notes to our developers. They fixed some of the javascript yesterday to help iOS users, which may be why some are noticing improvements this morning, but there are still a couple of remaining issues that they're looking into at the moment with the iOS platform to get things running a bit smoother. As soon as I hear back about any more improvements that have been made, I'll be sure to check back with you guys to see how it is working for you. Hopefully it won't be much longer, but our apologies for the inconvenience in the meantime.

Ok, so now, in Firefox, hitting the 'Like' button takes me to the top of the page, without registering the 'Like'.

Still sticking / serious lag time for me. Any word on why or when it might be fixed?

I know this is the wrong place to post this, but the boards are giving me fits! Logs me in and out, freezes on both Safari and Firefox. I use the highest IOS on the newest IPad and it still happens. This is just too annoying for me to keep it up here. I have no problems on any other site.
I tried over and over, to post this under the correct topic, but, it either stalled or signed me out.
Laklooo, can you put this post where it belongs? Hugs

Just doing my daily update (I like you guys so much that I decided to create an actual account); our developers are still looking into the remaining iOS issues. They noted that it may take some time. One of the things they were talking about doing was to enable the mobile view for iPad users, so that the members that experience troubles would be able to use that mode without issues while the desktop view is being worked on.

With that said, I'm going to like some posts in this topic to see if I can replicate the issue that was pointed out a few posts ago. Thanks for the patience everyone

@yossarian, after doing a few tests with liking some posts in Firefox, I haven't been sent back to the top of the page like you mentioned. Are you still experiencing that issue?

Funnily enough I was trying to get the mobile version of the site to come up on my iPad a few days ago, thinking that might help people. Obviously I couldn't do it but I'm glad I was on the right track.  

I should add that I haven't had any major issues with my first gen iPad, which is odd, since it usually causes me nothing but problems. I don't know if that helps at all but I thought I should mention it.

Oh, btw, rickypb. My default browser is, in fact, Chrome. I switched to Firefox because pressing the 'Like' button had no effect. That problem still persists, I see now.

I all but give up! I have tried several browsers and keep getting logged in then out again and still have the freezes. I just have to post wherever I can.
I miss you all! Tried to post in the right place..maintenance, but no luck at all. I got signed out then went back and FREEZE.
Yep, I am so glad the WD event is almost gone!!! No fun after endless hours of whacking. I did not mind helping my neighbors though. That was a nice feeling.
