How many do you have? I'm up to 1600 and I sure hope EA lets us redeem them for donuts. Isn't that what happened with the xmas update?

I wish they would, but highly doubt they will.

Yeah, that's what happened with the Xmas update but I won't be holding my breath this time around. I don't think it's their style to do this again so close to the last time they did it.

I'm with Burnin. If I don't see anything by next Monday, I'm blowing them and selling a lot of the excess decorations.

If the 21st passes by then the chance of redeeming hearts for donuts is close to 0, they would not add in something like that with just a few days left 75% of my neighbors have already stopped visiting, alot of people would be ticked off by it if they added this any later than the 21, even if they added it the 21 a fair amount would still be pissed

I've been cashing hearts in for creepy clown trains.  That gives you 100XP and you can then sell the train for 1,000 bucks.  That and I've made a huge heart tree grove on the edge of town.

I have been using them to get the trees because they look like apple trees and I have been getting rose bushes too. I have not been visiting friends every day so I haven't been actively collecting hearts. I don't think they will do a heart to donut trade but i won't be mad if they do, I can't bring myself to use the ones I got from Xmas.

I used many hearts buying trees and rose bushes. I still have about 1200 saved and I'm waiting until 2/27 to use them in case EA offers a nice bonus. If not, I will get a bunch of trees and bushes and put them in storage

I have about 3000. seriously, I hope they can be used for something like the Santa coins. Otherwise I'll store rose bushes and trees. Ughh!!!

I'm down to 200. I spend them so I can get more XPs and level up to get more donuts.

Hmmmm......donuts.

If they do some sort of trade in event? Shrugs....I will worry about it then. Right now, I'm just storing up for a wicked orchard.

I think the opposite is true, if they do some exchange it will come very near the end.  The Christmas one was originally scheduled for like the day before the ending; only because they extended the Christmas stuff due to bugs did we have over a week to load up and get donuts.

That being said, I'm still collecting but doubt they'll do much.  We have a lot we can spend the hearts on, unlike at Christmas.  And some of the decorations look good...

I'm saving saving saving! I've hoarded about 30 trees and if no exchange...I should get about 50 grand reselling choo choo's! Perfectly acceptable exchange if no donut payout!

I really think the idea behind the Christmas trade in was to do with:

- its Christmas 
- they made so much god damned money from the Halloween update, this was them giving back.

Seems every major Holiday update will have some sort of token collecting system and if all of them yielded a donut trade, sales would go down for EA.  They don't play that.  I highly doubt any token system will yield a trade for donuts program until next Christmas if we are lucky.

Not to mention they have to be losing their asses to the few getting in to the mystery box looping glitch that's happened to us poor HARP repeated playing load in screen players.

To all that's score major from the glitch.  Awesome.  Screw EA.

In my opinion.. they really only implemented the christmas stockings because people kept complaining they had a surplus of coins, like a thousand or more and nothing to do with it (like now with the hearts).

In general people were very confused and anxious about the whole christmas update, some had too many coins others felt they didnt have enough time to get more for SLH and funzos. A lot of complaining was done.

I guess the difference is, they did a free giveaway for a surplus of coins and can't be expected to do it again probably. I dunno, makes sense to me.

i have a little over a 1000 hearts. i'm waiting to see if there's gonna be an update before i spend them all, but i honestly don't expect one. i'm probably going to hoard a crapload of items in my inventory.

Same here. I doubt they'll give donuts out this time, especially not now that so many people are getting hundreds with the glitch. I still want to spend my hearts on decorations, though! My guess is that they'll extend this event by a bit because so many people are locked out, but maybe that's just wishful thinking.

Yeah I have around 2000 hearts - I could buy some more bushes and arches I suppose - not a massive fan of the bright green on them - and I already have a lot of heart trees!
