Hello Forum! How is Whacking Day treating you? Here we are another 30 days old. 60 in all. Yes, we are still fumbling over ourselves but, our steps are gaining traction. 870 plus members currently, welcome everyone. We hope you like the new layout it sure seems more intuitive. Also, we thank you for your help in coming up with a name for the off topic board VOTE HEREAs you may expect we are still brewing some new ideas in the back room. It's hard to believe this place is only 60 days old, it feels so well run that you'd think it'd been going for a lot longer than it has. You guys are all very nice and welcoming too, which is especially nice for a noob like myself. So yeah, thanks for creating this forum. Any lurkers out there reading this, it's safe to de-lurk. Whacking Day? I´m glad you asked. I tore apart my town after the cap only for them to lift it a couple of days later. I am never going to get enough eggs before the end of the update and I have eggs in my town that I am unable to find.
As far as I´m concerned Whacking Day can go get itself a backroomdeal with @yossarian...
Oh and congratulations on the big 6-0.

Peruhomer, I like your post, not because of all the troubles you cried a river about... but because you still manage to crack me up even when things are shitty. Did you take lots of screenshots before dismantling your awesome town so that you can reassemble it now?

And they said it wouldn't last. Actually I think the comments were that it would barely get off the ground and then as it became marginally airborne, its engines would fall off causing the entire enterprise and all on board to plummet to earth in rolling ball of fire (although I'm only paraphrasing). Boy were they wrong! I hardly ever feel the need to clutch my parachute anymore. In truth, I'm usually to busy laughing at Peruhomer 's comments to think about any impending doom. |

@yossarian knows how to work the room. You'll notice he left his flirtation gender neutral, the better to get more little hearts going pitter-patter across the Internets. If I could make but one tiny suggestion, my dear, you might want to rethink the new avatar. Screaming directly at the viewer may be a bit of a turnoff to some. Then again, it may appeal to others. Disregard if that's what you're going for. And Andy, you no longer qualify as a noob; you are officially one of us. But we'll still break out the Homer Donut Dance for you, just because you're fun.  |
