Hey so today i noticed something while doing one hour quests throughout the day otto is bugged when sent on his one hour quest. I sent him on the quest like normal and he appeared under the bus as normal. But it finished 10 mins earlier (roughly) than the other 1 hour quests and the notification i got was for him completing 'jamming on his guitar which is a 4 hour task. Not only did he finish early and have the wrong notification but he paid out for both quests being completed.
Notice the two thumbs up, because no other character has a quest in his bus.  |

Wow... I'll have to test that out! I think Otto is free in my town now, so I'll report back in about an hour.

That's strange. The only character glitches that I've had are a couple of characters moonwalking and going through buildings.

Posted pics so you can see, no1 else has a quest in his bus so having the 2 thumbs up signs is also weird
And another thing, it happened fast so i thought i didn't see correctly but I could have sworn I put otto in his 4 hour task by mistake (earlier today, I was aiming for his 1 hour but missed) and he went into his pose for playing the guitar so i was like w/e its only one character and moved on.
Then an hour later he had the thumbs up icon above him and I sat there questioning what time i had put him on task but it was only an hour that had passed by.

He was doing that task and he didn't glitch for me. But I did see Smithers walk backwards when drunk.

All of them have 5 minutes left, and Otto isn't ahead of anyone else.

Otto just completed it normally for me so i guess it doesnt happen every time

Wow... I'll have to test that out! I think Otto is free in my town now, so I'll report back in about an hour. Normal for me... must have been a one-time glitch for the OP.  |
