Especially the one for $10 real money. The only characters that people really want are the ones Phil Hartman voiced and they're never coming.

That’s a good point. I believe that there’s some sort of rights issues to the shorts that makes it hard to include them in the game. Disney doesn’t have the rights to them or else they would be on Disney+. A few of the shorts were on the DVD releases, but the full set of them have never been released as far as I know.
