Multiple Characters repeating themselves

Hello,

Not sure where I should put this but I'm hoping to get a little help. I'm working on the Tab Spangler missions at the moment for reference.

A couple days ago I got a daily mission to have springfielders check out the latest promotion at krusty burger. I sent every character that wasn't already on a mission to do just that. When the mission was over I tapped on the KB and got a butt-load of money and EXP. But my problem is that the characters will automatically walk back to the KB and basically restart the mission by themselves. If I close the game and then re-enter, I can tapon the KB like the mission is over again. Once again I get a massive amount of money and EXP. Once again they walk away for a second and walk right back to KB and the whole thing starts over.

I went to a friend's town and came back to mine to find the same thing. The "mission" complete and you get the picture. It's like they're all stuck in some twisted time loop.

I've tried an uninstall and reinstall. I've installed it on another device (I've been playing for years over multiple devices).

I'm on the phone right now with customer support, but they're scratching their heads as well.

Should I get rid of that KB in particular, or will they all migrate to another?

Any help here would be appreciated.

There's a couple of ways to fix this. You can store the building where everybody is on task or use the unemployment office job manager to send other people on jobs.
