Thanks for the info. Sorry to say but it doesn’t sound interesting.
I hope that at least we get snow. We got some Fall trees but all went back to Summer with the Thanksgiving event.

I was just looking at the App Store and feeling sad that there still wasn’t an update to get rid of the Thanksgiving splash screen. I really hope we get winter weather with this update. *crosses fingers*

Can’t see anything in the EA’s forum. Doesn’t look like anyone has noticed. Hope they bring it back. A good thing and the take it out! 😕 |

The holiday update crashes my ipad every time I open it...
It had worked fine until the actual event started.
But, once Death was tapped on after his dialogue box popped up, the game crashed. (I then went to the phone and got things going on it.)
Now, the ipad crashes on the splash screen, without my Springfield even opening...

I only downloaded the patch today (an extra 560+ mb for something so small?) but the Town Portrait feature is now available again. |

It looks like the Town Portrait feature is back. Got a picture of my snowed in town. When I try to look at it in my Photos app it crashed my iPad
When I try to open the Simpsons Tapped out it crashes. Not able to open the game since yesterday night.
However I can open it in my iPhone. Don’t understand why. why?

Finally able to access my town from my iPad. Don’t know what did it. My re installing, hard closing the iPad, EA patch,....gremlins? Who knows but it works. So crossing my fingers it continues like this.  |

After just a few days of the holiday “event”, I decided to delete TSTO from both the phone and tablet.
Revisiting with the game for a few months was kind of nostalgic, but the cookie-cutter sameness of each event just made me bored.
I’ll check in again next year some time, but I’d wager TSTO is on its last legs.

My goodness! Hope it stopped snowing for Christmas!
Here we had some snow but didn’t stay. Luckily.
Getting ready for the big sales and to toast to the New Year. Feels like it is going to be a propitious one even saying twenty - twenty Feels good.
