This DLC Update requires Tapped Out App v4.39.5, I've not yet looked at the update, but posted as soon as my server notified me of the update.

Yep the next Big event will be their Halloween stuff so probably a couple small ones till then This event ends on the 25th so I expect the Halloween event to start on the 2nd. We’ll see if it’s a full event or just a four part mini event. We haven’t had a full event since last year’s Halloween event. |

Don’t they also usually do a small quest for the season premieres of the new seasons? Season 31 starts on September 30th.

Last season, the only episode tie-in was related to the Treehouse of Terror so it’s really hard to distinguish it and the regular Halloween event. If anything, we might get a small teaser for the Halloween event. |

I like that it appears that instead of getting lots of decos and skins we don't necessarily need they seem to be repeating some old prizes and giving us donuts if we already have them. It's a nice balance between keeping us old players invested (donuts!) and making sure newer players can still get in on the old stuff. I don't want a LOT of that in events, but one here and there is fine.
I don't have high hopes for Halloween. I know we're on this multipart sort of kick (and it beats crafting), but I wish for just ONE event a year we'd have an old style chaos event. I want to be invested in the outcome of event.
